This 4,000 square foot Mediterranean style estate villa located directly on the beach in South Jaco includes open air private pool, two dining rooms (one located outside and covered between the pool and ocean), patio and courtyards that are within walking steps to the Pacific Ocean. The architecture of the Villa has many Spanish and Tuscan style accents incorporated with the use of Nicaraguan wood, local rock, teak and cypress. The Villa accommodates up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, two kitchens making it comfortable for couples to share or large families.
The Master Suite includes a King size four poster bed, large, private oversized bathroom with separate bathtub and double-headed shower, direct access to the open air dining area, and 42" plasma television with DVD and mini fridge. The Master Suite has direct access to the ocean view terrace.
The Guest Cottage is a suite all by itself... with a Queen size bed, private kitchenette, living room and large, rock bathroom.
The Guest Suite has a Queen size bed and separate living room area.
The Guest Room has a double size bed and is approximately 300 square feet with private shower under see through roof.
All rooms are built around a free form pool and tropical courtyard. The pool has a direct view of the ocean.

Why the Owner Chose Jaco
The owners are Greek and well traveled throughout the world. They have been diligently looking for an international vacation property for several years and looked at several places in Costa Rica. This property had all the amenities, the architecture, the privacy, and the feeling of luxury that they were looking for in a property. The layout of the villa gives each guest a sense of privacy, yet the pool and open air dining area located in the center of the floor plan, encourage a sense of family and community - making it the ideal rental for both couples as well as groups.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
We love that the Villa is such a short distance to the main town of Jaco (3 minutes) yet is private and one of the few villas on the beach available for rental. Within a 5 minute walk there are several nice restaurants and bars that are easily accessible. The area of the beach is private yet open to locals.
