  Jane thought of everything. Unit is well-equipped and so comfortable. There are stairs to the unit and a pretty tall set of stairs to get to the beach walkway. So it's something to keep in mind if someone in your party has a problem with steps. Other than that, perfect spot for a vacation!

  I just stayed 3 weeks at this condo (VBRO 294291). The inside is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is well taken care and totally up to date. The owner is very attentive to your needs and calls to make sure everything is ok. I have stayed at several condo's at Quail Hollow and this one was by far the nicest I have stayed at. I found the location of the condo very nice. You park right in front of the entrance. It is a very short walk to the beach. One of the nicest beaches to be found. The owner is very friendly and wants to make sure you are comfortable. I hope to spend many more vacations at the condo and would highly recommend it for your next vacation. Old St. Augustine is a short distance away, Marineland is 6 miles down the road and there are many other attraction to see. One of my favorite restaurants to The Conch House. Also had a wonderful meal that The Columbia, in Old St. Augustine. Another favorite restaurant is South Beach Grill, within walking distance from the condo.

  We winter at this condo for 3 plus months and find it very comfortable, and enjoyable. Its well taken care of and the listing photos accurately show all the rooms. Its clean , has all the dishes, towels etc you will need. Even though we are a retired couple, we think its a great place for a family as well. The pool and beach are always a favorite with children and having the Alligator Farm close by is a fun thing for families to see. Lots of other attractions and many excellent restaurants close by too. A favorite for Italian food is Napoli's, across the street from the condo. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

  Jane, we enjoyed our month stay at your very nice condo. Your new kitchen was well supplied and the appliances were great, especially the ice cube dispenser on the refrigerator. The kids room w/bunk beds and all kinds of books, etc. would be enjoyed by any kids. THe "private beach" was great and we really enjoyed sitting there. We definitely want to come back again and enjoy your condo. Thank you.

  The condo was great. We really enjoyed our week long stay at such a nice and clean condo. We spent several days relaxing on the beach and enjoyed going into St. Augustine and sightseeing. It was nice at the end of the day to come back to the condo and feel like we were at home. The amenities as well as updates to the condo were fantastic. The owner was more than helpful and easy to reach.

  I miss this villa! The owner was so kind and helpful before and during our stay. I LOVED how clean the place was... it was spotless. I would highly recommend it for families with children. My kids loved the bunk beds and the owners even had a step stool to use in the bathroom for little ones! the kitchen has everything you need... even a full-size washer and dryer. The master bedroom was beautiful and felt like home... and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. As stated by the owner, the walk to the beach does involve some stairs but it is all worth it because the beach was never crowded like some of the other areas are. Later in the afternoons, we were one of only a few people on the beach! And the price was terrific for a 2 bedroom villa! I look forward to staying here again some day!

  We would definitiely stay here again. The condo was perfedt for our family with 3 kids. The unit had a well stocked kitchen for cooking with nice new applicances. The condo development appears to be more "weekend owners" than renters so it was generally peaceful and the pool was never crowded. We were convenient to the beach, and attractions in the area. The propery ownere were easy to work with and helpful both before, during and after our stay. (Our son left the Nintendo DS charger and they mailed it back to us--hallelujah!!. Thanks for a great experience at Crescent Beach!

  The listing description is accurate but we were pleasantly surprised that it was nicer than the pictures show. The condo is well-maintained, clean, up to date...plenty of fresh towels, washcloths, beach towels...kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare and store food..nice appliances. The grounds are well-kept, well lit and not crowded. Owners were very helpful and prompt with emails before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this condo to friends and relatives. We are planning to book for next summer in the coming weeks to secure this place for our next trip to St. Augustine. I would recommend Saltwater Cowboy's Restaurant, World Famous Oasis and Sunset Grille for dining which are all less than 10 minutes away from this unit...very close to a great number of shops, restaurants, grocery stores. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your condo!!!! We will be back!!!!

  My wife and I and teenaged son enjoyed our stay very much. We felt at home in the nicely appointed condo and loved the private beach. Did a lot of sightseeing in St Augustine - not far away. Make sure and eat at Sunset Grille on A1A Beach Blvd.! Owners very easy to deal with and fair in pricing your vacation stay. We'll be back!
