  This home is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Florida sunshine. It is clean, well decorated and equipped with everything a family could need. Enjoying a quiet and peaceful morning coffee on the lanai is a special treat. The swimming pool and spa are among the best in any condo/home we visited. Palmira is a great golfing community, quiet and yet with activities for all. We were able to play the course and it is well maintained. Mike has been delightful to deal with and made the whole experience easy. We would recommend this home to those who are looking for a winter southern vacation.

  Thank you Mike and Sally for opening your home to our family! We truly enjoyed the welcoming neighborhood, beautiful community and of course your stunning home. The location of Palmira is ideal! Close to Naples and Bonita Springs and all that both cities have to offer. It is a wonderful home to relax in as well as sun and swim in your beautiful backyard. The spacious lanai and southern exposure is an added bonus! We appreciate all your helpfulness and wish we could have stayed even longer!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We rented this home for the month of March 2011. At first we were a bit nervous to rent from an owner living so far away, but Mike quickly calmed any of our concerns with his outstanding and prompt communications. In addition to email, we were able to meet him and his wife, Sally, in person while they were in the home in December. The entire rental process went without a hitch – from confirming the reservation to timely return of the security deposit. Everything mentioned is this listing is accurate. In particular, the lanai and pool area is amazing! It must be one of the largest in Palmira, and the patio furniture is very comfortable and classy. We also found this location very quiet (no road noise). The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the house is well equipped with nice linens and towels. You can tell it is not set up to be a rental home, but rather a nice home for the owners to enjoy when in the States. As for Palmira itself, we thought it was one of the most beautiful of all the local communities! And the tennis facility and members are amazing! They instantly welcomed us into the tennis program and could not have been any nicer to us. Thank you Mike & Sally for sharing your home and we would highly recommend this home to others.   From the moment we walked into this beautiful home until the minute we left, we completely enjoyed our stay at this most comfortable home. The pool, hot tub and views were incredible. Much time was spent on the lanai overlooking the pond and golf course. The home itself was extremly warm and inviting and had everything you would need to make your vacation a wonderful one. Palmira is a beautiful gated community and the resort is everthing one would want.

  This is a great golf resort, eventhough my husband and I don't golf we enjoyed the beautifully lanscaped community. It is a great place to walk and bike ride, play tennis and swim if you like. The house has been well maintained, has been professionally decorated and has every amenity. Lots of room to spread out if you have a larger family with an additional room upstairs with another tv and sectional. The pool area at the house is quite spacious and the hot tub is wonderful. There is lots of outdoor furniture which is in great condition and is very comfortable. The owners of this property have made everything from beginning to end very easy and have been very accommodating. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking to rent is this area.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.
