There is NOTHING between our condo & the emerald ocean waters (not even the walkway over dunes). Relax to the tranquil sound of the surf 24/7. The spectacular full beach & ocean view provided by the large Florida windows that span the entire 30++feet width of the Great room draw you down the hallway, into the great room, through the sliding glass door to the large covered balcony, you’ll want to stand a moment & just gaze at the tranquil beauty arrayed before you. So, go ahead! You’re on Vacation at the beach! Entry into the condo is by keyless pad. No need to check-in offsite. To make your stay even easier, a beach chair set-up is included. It will be at the beach set up when you get up in the mornings. Just look for the chair from Beach Chairs 4 U with a tag with your name or Sugar Dunes #5.

Two tables + 8 chairs allow everyone to enjoy the balcony. Off the balcony is a lockable door to our STAIRWAY DIRECTLY to the white sands & the rejuvenating emerald waters! No waiting for elevator to the beach means more time relaxing on the sugar white sands! Just down the stairs to the beach ! Just sit out on the balcony and watching the porpoises swim and relax.

The charm & playfulness of this luxury accommodation begins to dawn on you. You’ll notice the 9.5ft great room ceiling, casual beach elegance of tile floors, brightly colored furniture & art work, ceiling fans, entertainment center with 47” flat screen color cable TV with dvd player ( blue ray capable) many games, videos & books,, DVD/VCRWith Wifi internet capability throughout the condo, you can stay in touch with your emails or just ignore them.
The large island kitchen is outfitted for your every convenience including k cup coffe maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator w/icemaker & electric stove. If you’re a cook, you’ll be pleased to see it is fully appointed for cooking memorable beach meals for a group or just a couple! A large dining room table with seating for eight & long inviting bar with three tall chairs make dining in a joy.

The spacious colorful Master Bedroom has king bed, 42” flat screen color cable TV with dvd ( blue ray capable/VCR, stereo CD radio, beautiful art work and even a window that upon awakening, you can gaze at the beach from the bed! The adjoining large. master bath has a walk-in closet, two sinks, large. soaking tub with shower.

Guest room #1 has a queen bed, 32 “ flat screen color cable TV with dvd player ( blue ray capable) and a large double closet. Private full bathroom with tub/shower adjoins.
Guest room #2 has two double beds, 32” flat screen color cable TV with dvd player ( blue ray capable) and a large double closet. Guests use the full hall bathroom with tub/shower.
There's a full size washer & dryer off hall!

Sugar Dunes Complex is located on 350 feet width of beachfront on Seagrove Beach, off Highway 30-A in South Walton County, between Deer Lake State Park & Eastern Lake. With only 24 units in the complex & no high rises nearby, the beach is private & relaxing. No tents or canopies allowed so plenty of space for your family to sunbathe & play on the beach. Unit 5 is just east of the center of complex on first floor, is a very spacious-approx. 1600+ sq ft- gulf front luxury design accommodation conveniently located near the complex elevator.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING? We leave a few beach toys and a few chairs for guest use in our porch closet, so bring beach towels, suntan lotion, fishing or golf equip, your favorite music CDs or IPOD, books or DVDs. We have books & movies, but maybe not your favorite!! A desire to relax & enjoy a change of pace will come naturally!

Things to do: DINING at the many local restaurants-from fresh gourmet coastal fare to casual family dining, it's all available within a few miles. The only fast food within 10 miles is a subway located about 2 miles from the condo!
Theater’s are located in Panama City and Destin both about 15 miles away.
FISHING from the beach. Florida Pompano is one of the tastiest fish around. FL law now requires license for beach fishing by both Floridians & non-FL residents so check out new law before arrival.
SUNBATHE, relax, play or read on the beach!
HIKE approx. 250 yds to the Eastern Lake inlet. This pristine coastal dune lake holds speckled trout, redfish & bass, but a salt-water fishing license is required. Hike east up the beach approximately 1/2 mile to Deer Lake State Park--it's just like the FL of yesteryear.
BIKE- South Walton County has bike trail running along Hi 30-A for 25+ miles.
