This Gulf-front condo truly offers the "Beach Life". Just moments after arriving you can have your toes in the sand thanks to direct beach access from the private back balcony (a rare feature for 30A condos). Located in Seagrove Beach approximately halfway between Seaside and The Hub, you'll be hidden from the crowds but still centrally located to some of the area's best shops and restaurants. However, you may not want to leave thanks to French windows lining the back wall, allowing emerald water views from anywhere in the kitchen, living or dining room. Sliding glass doors open up to the expansive, covered balcony, which is perfect for sipping your morning coffee, reading a book in the breeze or toasting an iconic 30A sunset. This three-bedroom home can comfortably sleep eight with the ease of one-story living, making it the perfect escape for families or friends.
Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, roadblocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Please reach out to a team member with any questions you may have!
Community Amenities
Found along the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida, Seagrove Beach is a mile-and-a-half beach that encircles a small cove and lures visitors with its beauty and serenity. Named for the thick grove of windswept trees that surround it, Seagrove still maintains the same green canopy of oaks, magnolias, hickories and sand pines that came to define it a half a century ago. Today, Seagrove has an eclectic mix of old beach homesteads and newer cottages, as well as a well-balanced menu of off-beach activities that range from exploring Point Washington State Forest to browsing the beach shops and restaurants along Scenic Highway 30A.
Parking
Sugar Dunes is a gated community with a maximum of two vehicles per condo in designated parking spots, anyone found with more than two vehicles will be towed via the building manager. Two parking passes will be provided in the condo and must be displayed at all times during your stay.
(Note: Homeowners do have dogs, therefore anyone with allergies to dogs will need to be conscious of this.)
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third-party booking site such as VRBO, HomeAway, Airbnb, etc. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Pets Not Allowed (Excluding certified service animals only. If you are bringing a service animal, we ask that you notify us in advance and provide proper documentation so we may coordinate appropriate housekeeping after your departure)
~ PUBLISHED RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX AND FEES
~ 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
~ Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (Or in full at booking if arriving within 60 days)
~ Except for a 5% cancelation fee, the initial 50% payment is fully refundable if cancelations are given more than 60 days prior to the arrival date
~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Private beach chairs, including those purchased from stores like Walmart, are not allowed on the beach under any circumstances. Guests must rent chairs exclusively through Spyglass. If this rule is violated, the guests will be fined $100 per day for each instance a guest is found using non-Spyglass chairs.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age. (Please see contract at the time of booking for further information)
