Located in the trendy inner mission, “mission heights” is a newly renovated sun drenched, two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a two unit house. It’s perfect for short term guests or for visiting families. (We also rent separately a sunny small studio off the back garden.) Public transportation one block away. The unit has hardwood floors, a modern full bath, new appliances in the efficiency kitchen, and a large living room. It includes one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a second bedroom with a trundle bed that opens up to 2 twin beds. We are kid friendly!
There is a spacious yard that is shared with the owners who live in the house below. There is plenty of storage and the efficiency kitchen includes coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator and a single induction burner. Restaurants, the Valencia Street corridor, UCSF Mission Bay, AT&T Park, shops, clubs, parks, cultural institutions all within an easy walk or public transport. SF MUNI bus line #27 1 block away; #9 bus line two blocks away; BART station 12 minute walk.
The mission has the best weather in the city!
