Great location

The apartment is located in a great part of the city. Easy access to all parts of San Francisco, decent street parking if you have a car. The apartment looks out at a park and there are cafes, restaurants and a nice market a few doors down. We were 5 people in total, the 4 bedrooms gave us all space to not feel crowded, but there is only 1 bathroom, so that can be a bit difficult at times. You have all the basics you need in the kitchen to cook, some appliances can use some updating. Jerry the owner is very responsive and is around to help if there is a need.

This is a spacious 4 bedroom with an on-site host that looks out over a cute park and is right next to a cafe and a restaurant. It is also easy to get to various SF locations by car or transit.The tech is excellent and there are desks in all the rooms and two rooms have large desks. I worked virtually while I was there, and it is nicely setup for that.The owner is onsite and very responsive.A couple of things to note: it is an older home. It has been nicely restored and modernized, but the floor boards do creak when anyone goes to use the bathroom at night. The only common area is the dining room / kitchen; there is not a living room space and there are no couches in the rental. Also, the deck with the BBQ is up a steep flight of stairs. I'm 63 and one knee has issues, so going up and down to grill didn't really work for me. For others, it might not be an issue. The street parking is posted to move your car every 2 hours 8am to 6pm, but no one seemed to ticket except on street cleaning days so it ended up working out ok. The laundry is a laundromat adjacent to the building. It is one of the cleanest laundromats I've been in, but you do need to stay there while you wash clothes.Overall, the tech and the owner were great but it wasn't as comfortable as other VRBOs due to lack of a living or family room.
