  My family and I just returned from a wonderful vacation at Kure Beach. We absolutely loved this townhome! It met all of our needs and exceeded our expectations. The owners provide everything you need and the house itself is in excellent condition. The view is amazing and you can walk everywhere you need to go. Everyone we met was extremely friendly. We cannot wait to come back! Thanks again, Marianne and John!!!

  We wanted the perfect place to stay. This was it! It was everything we were looking for. This house was clean, spacious, and oceanfront. There's even a new playground just down the street for the kids to enjoy. John and Marianne are great folks to rent from as well. If I had any questions they were happy to answer them. They made us feel at home. Thanks Guys. We really appreciate everything. We look forward to coming back.

  Our family recently stayed in this lovely beach condo and we loved it! The owners were very accommodating (more so than the weather sadly) and we had great communication from beginning to end. They went above and beyond what we have experienced in renting before. Location is great! One short walk to the pier and there are so many new things being built around the pier that makes it a great place! Swings to sit by the ocean, big play area for the kids, it's great! Lovely view from your windows while you're inside as well. Inside the condo is very spacious and clean. The kids really enjoyed it. It was an extra bonus to be able to bring out 3lb chihuahua along!! We can't wait to come again!

  Just came home from a fabulous week at the beach. This condo we stayed in, #2 was perfect. The view from this house and the convenience to eating and activities for all ages was bar none. We fished and walked on the pier, we ate seafood and burgers at the best little hole in the wall shack located a few hundred yards from our front door. We biked, went on the ferry, went to the NC aquarium, did a crab catching marsh adventure offered through the aquarium, which was super fun for our whole family. There's even an arcade close by for the kids. Lots of shopping close by as well. The only thing that topped this experience was the perfect weather, which we did order at no additional cost. The beach, which often times is not my most favorite thing to do ALL DAY, ended up consuming much of my days. Ocean was beautiful and perfect for boogie boarding in sand was clean and easy on the feet and inside the swimming suits. Although, I still recommend corn starch for little boys who somehow manage to get buckets of sand caught in their trunks. The owners of this condo were also very accomodating and happy to make this a great experience for their renters. The kitchen held 11 people very comfortably for cooking and eating, and their was lots of space to spread out when going to our rooms for the evening.Bathrooms were abundant as well. Finally, the mother-in law quarters, located off the garage of this residence, ended up being called the "man cave" for 5 boys ages 6 - 13. It was by far their favorite part of the house(adults were rarely welcome) and we were happy they had a private place to set up house. Awesome experience!!! We're definately coming back and requesting this condo or the other one that has an even better view than ours. FYI - Our view was fabulous. THUMBS UP!!!

  My family loved this townhouse and its location. Cleanliness is very important to us and when we arrived, the place was immaculate. There were 11 of us staying here and there was more than enough room for everyone. Within this 8 townhouse complex, there is a pool, which was spotless. Usually, we had the pool to ourselves. The location is perfect and is within walking distance to the pier, restaurants, and an arcade. Only a few miles away is the boardwalk at Carolina Beach, numerous other restaurants, Fort Fisher, and plenty of fun, family activities. Without a doubt, this was the best place we have stayed at the beach and we'll definitely be back next year!!

  We had a great week at Kure Beach. This was our first time to vacation in Kure Beach and will not be our last. We had everything we needed including wonderful ocean views, short walk to pier and arcade and restaurants. The pool was great especially for the kids( of all ages). John and Marianne were great and provided us with a wonderfully clean and fully equipped vacation home for our entire family. One week was not enough. We will be back. Thanks.

  My family and I are still talking about what a beautiful town-home this was during our stay in August. The bedrooms were large, nicely spaced on different levels for added privacy, and nicely decorated. I loved having the beach right across the street and the pool right outside our door. It is not easy finding such a wonderful vacation spot that was welcoming to our three dogs. My family and I will always cherish our vacation memories in this fabulous home.

  We had a wonderful vacation! There were 12 (7 from ages 12-18) of us the first week and 10 (6 from ages 12-18) the second week.There was plenty of room for everyone. We never felt crowded. The townhouse was clean and well-equipped. The pool was great for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The townhouse afforded great ocean views. Especially nice was the upstairs oceanfront master bedroom. You could see and hear the ocean waves from your bedroom. We were pleased that we stayed two weeks. One week would not have been long enough. We left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thanks for being so helpful and responsive. We enjoyed working with you and hope to see you again in the future.

  We stayed at the beach house from July 3rd through the10th. The home was very clean. We took 17 family members with us and there was comfortable sleeping for all of them. The mother-in -law suite was great for the grandparents, as a private get a way from the grandkids. The home provided easy access to the beach. The owners were great! This was the first time that we had rented through a private owner and Marianne and John made the process easy. They stayed in contact with me from the time that I booked the house until we arrived home, ensuring that our trip was successful. We will be renting this home again in the future. The short walk to the board walk provided entertainment, food, an arcade, and a fishing pier. My family and I also took the short drive to Carolina Beach to the small amusement park, the kids (ages 3 to 19) really enjoyed the trip.

  We had a wonderful time June 5-12, 2010. Unit #2 was perfect for our family of 6- mom,dad, aunt and uncle and 2 teens. Two king suites is a very nice feature for a vacation rental. The home is roomy, modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The owners were accomodating and gracious. The beach was wonderful and the weather was very nice for our stay. We hope to vacation at this lovely home again next year.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.
