UPON ARRIVAL AT PROPERTY, ALL GUESTS MUST WAIT FOR ME AT THE FRONT GATE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING. BUILDING RESIDENTS WILL COMPLAIN TO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IF THE LOBBY AREA INSIDE BUILDING IS BLOCKED. THANKS FOR YOUR KIND UNDERSTANDING FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY. Check in time is AFTER 2:00 pm. Please ensure I have you flight details so i can arrange for your arrival. Please make sure to contact us by phone / text once you have collected your bags and i will arrange to be at the apartment wthin 45 min of that time so i can meet you at the flat to hand you the keys and acquaint you with the surroundings.
Guests must wait for me OUTSIDE the building upon arrival and not enter the building without us as this causes unnecessary misunderstandings with the property management and residents of the buildings.
Check out time is at 12:00 Noon, and my cleaning crew will arrive very shortly after to service and inspect the flat for the next guest, if you would like to have a late check out please ask via email and wait for confirmation.
Please help us save the environment by turning off electrical appliances when leaving the apartment or not using them.
Water heater needs to be turned off when not using. If it breaks due to prolonged time left on, you will not have any hot water for your stay and will be subject to expensive repair charges.
