Periwinkle #10 is located in a quiet, peaceful location. This lovely two bedroom, two bath villa has a beautiful deck, open floor plan overlooking a spectacular pond, march view. Wildlife is abundant in this more secluded area. This lighthouse theme villa sleeps four very comfortably but can accommodate six. There are two adult bicycles that may be used to tour the island. For your convenience, a golf cart is provided. With this location, you're only minutes from the beach. Come for a short or a long term stay. We welcome you to this relaxing spot on beautiful Fripp Island.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Other Fees
Rates do not include accommodations state/county tax.

Additional cleaning fee may be charged for non-weekly rentals. A $35 booking/administration fee may be charged for property setup.
A $55 owner insurance protection policy is available at the time of booking. This insurance protects you from financial burden (up to $1,500) for losses due to damages that occur accidentally during your stay.

Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: Cash, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, Traveler's Check, or Money Order. There is a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a "Mandatory" evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
