  This home was amazing. The views were spectacular. Dealing with the owner and manager was great. They were both very responsive and excellent to work with. We had 2 families at the home and it was a well laid out home. The pool was where we spent hours each day. Some of the best snorkeling is just across the street. We were able to walk to a couple of great restaurants and dive shop very close. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back. If you are looking to relax in Cozumel and have a great house with awesome views then you will be glad you booked Villa Coronado. We even had massages done for the adults at sunset by the pool. What a relaxing week.

  The house worked great for four couples. We tried several restaurants--The Money Bar, La Perlita, Casa Mission and others--and also cooked at the house since we all like to cook. The markets were convenient. You do need a car or depend on taxis to get to the city. The local manager was very helpful upon arrival and throughout our visit. Our own pool and rooftop patio were wonderful features. We enjoyed many sun rises and yoga from the roof. The bar just a two-minute walk from the house was a resource for food and drinks but also for snorkeling gear to use right in front of the house. Talk to Freddie there. Visit Dive Paradise for a great scuba diving experience.

  Our family of five (two adults and three young children) stayed at Villa Coronado following a week at an all-inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen. If we had to choose only one on our next visit (the Villa or the all-inclusive), we would choose the Villa, hands down, We had such a great time. The house is exactly as pictured, the oceanfront location is fantastic, and the time we spent there was so relaxing. The house manager Laurel was a pleasure to deal with. We opted to pay for the cook service and it was well worth it. Every morning we had breakfast by the pool, and evenings were family dinners in the dining room with our cook and helper doing all the cooking, serving and clean up. The Villa is south of town and taxis are expensive, so we chose to rent a car so we could tour the island. We visited Chankanaab park, took a snorkeling tour (Roswitha Flury, highly recommended!) and a trimaran sailing tour. The rest of the week was spent relaxing poolside at the Villa, snorkeling in front of the house, and exploring the town and windward side of the island. We hope to return to Cozumel very soon!

  We just got back from Villa Coronado and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The place was wonderful; beautifully decorated, comfortably appointed, and impressively located. In addition, Tam was a wonderful host, providing us with great contacts and information to make our stay and advenures that much more enjoyable. We all will certainly go back to Villa Coronado in the near future.

  I've stayed at this beautiful home twice. It is all that the pictures promise, and more. The home itself is roomy and elegant, yet very comfortable; the views are magnificent; and there is so much to do close by. This is the perfect spot for anyone who likes to dive or snorkel, and the shopping, dining, and just plain relaxing by the pool (my favorite) are all wonderful, too. I can't wait to go back.

  I have had two wonderful stays at Villa Coronado and am looking forward to future visits! There are some major attractions within walking distance of Villa Coronado which makes it an ideal location for those who want to get away from the hustle of town, but still have lots of things to do. Across the street and Down the beach (~100 yards) there is a great snorkeling area. Down the street to the south (~1 mile) is Chankanaab National Park with a Dolphin Discovery Facility within the park. About a half mile to the North is the Money bar a great restaurant and bar that has excellent ceviche and additional area to put in for snorkeling. There were several times we walked to the Money Bar and snorkeled back to Villa Coronado. This is a beautiful villa in an excellent location. Come check it out for yourself!

  I have stayed at this home on 2 separate occasions and I cannot say enough about the location, accommodations and facilities. Everything exceeded our expectations and we will return again and again. You can be as active or as much of a couch potato as you want to be. The pool at the house is great for lounging, the beach (across the street) and a very short walk will take you to some of the best snorkeling in this hemisphere! Have FUN!...We did!!!!

  Ive been coming to Villa Coronado for quite some time for diving and great time with friends and family. The view is stunning from the house, located right next to the beach it offers a stunning vista of gorgeous sunsets. The Villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Beautiful architecture makes you feel like a king on your own little island. Villa Coronado is a great place for vacations, honeymoons, or any other special event that you wish to have. The bedrooms provide plenty of space and offer great views of the ocean. The full kitchen caters to your every need for cooking and is fully equipped. Words cannot express how wonderful this place is and how many great memories I have from spending time in such a nice home on the beach. I plan on coming back here in the future and look forward to spending time in such a wonderful house.

Booking Confirmation and Rental Agreement for Villa Coronado I am excited that you will be staying at Villa Coronado! Your confirmation is as follows: This Short Term Rental Agreement is made by and between Tam Warner and Randy Minton and GUEST as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Property. The property is located at: Villa CORONADO Carretera Coastal Kilometer 8.1 Cozumel, Quintana Roo The property is completely furnished and includes all appliances, linens, towels, beach towels, all kitchen amenities 2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of no more than 10 persons. 3. Term of the rental The lease begins on the dates you have reserved. 4. Rental Rate and Fees a. Rental Rate. $---- for up to 10 people. 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking and balance is due 30 days prior to travel. b. Payment : May be made by personal check, paypal (tammer101@sbcglobal.net) or through VRBO. Checks should be sent to Tam Warner Minton, 13388 Meadowside Drive, Dallas, Tx 75240 c.
