Vaulted great room includes new sectional leather sofas & leather loveseat, fireplace, 60 inch big screen TV, DVD, & Playstation II. Dining room has table seating for 10 and 2 counter stoolsat bar. Bunk room has two sets of bunks (4 twins) plus futon, TV & Nintendo system so the little ones or teenagers can have their own space. Full bath. Master bedroom with king, private bath and x-box, glass doors to outdoor pool. Pool features water fall spill overs and optional heat. Poolside courtyard includes outdoor fireplace, stainless gas grill, new tables/chairs with seating for twelve, additional seating area surrounding fireplace; outside shower; steps from courtyard to upstairs sunning deck with ocean view.

Bedding: three kings, one queen, six twins, one futon (pillow top mattresses). Sleeps 14 in beds/18 total. Bunks are solid wood with built-in safety rails.
