Our family extends a warm invitation to you and your family for your magical gathering at our beautifully appointed and luxurious villa. Our villa is located in Florida's bountiful orange grove country just off Interstate 4 near the junction of Highways 192 and 27. That's only eight miles from the Disney theme park gates!
Enjoy a relaxing swim in the warm and sunny south-eastern facing pool and spa that is completely screened in and lighted at night. The Lanai is shady and furnished with lounges, tables, and chairs, an electric barbeque and all kinds of child-sized furniture and fun pool toys.
The dining table seats eight plus and the large kitchen, which seats four, is complete with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Everything you need to cook at home if you choose to do so. Both the kitchen and dining area look out onto the Lanai-pool area.
The entire home is furnished with beautiful designer furniture and accessories. We invite you to stretch out in the comfortable great room that is complete with TV, stereo AM/FM, VCR/DVD/CD, and movies. There are many board games to play and childrens movies to watch. Relax in all the comforts of your air-conditioned home away from home!
On the first level of our home you will find a junior queen size suite with disabled friendly bath and also a queen size bedroom. We have just added a games room where the kids can retreat to play board games or foosball, watch TV or movies, or just 'hang out'. If you have estra energy after a long day in the parks you can burn some calories on our excercise bike that is in our games room. The games room has a queen sleeper sofa that you can use but we do not include it into what we call 'sleeping space'.
The easy-to-use modern kitchen and dining area is accessible through the security alarmed french doors. The pool area is spacious and comfortably furnished and has a convenient toilet and shower with plenty of towels.
On the second level there is a junior suite (the Princess room) with two twin beds and bath with an additional bedroom (the Mickey room) with two twin beds directly across the hall. Too tired to stay and watch the fireworks that Disney displays every night? Then be our guest and have your own private viewing from the upstairs bedroom windows! Both king size master suites are complete with lovely spacious baths with large showers and jetted Jacuzzi tubs.
All linens are furnished for your convenience as are hair dryers, radio alarm clocks to get you going in the morning, a high chair for the little one, a baby crib if you need it, a stroller for your use, a washer and dryer for the laundry, an iron and ironing board and even a Christmas tree and decorations if you are lucky enough to be the family to be visiting for the holidays.
Our villa is an easy drive from the Orlando International Airport. If you are driving to Orlando, access to the villa is just off Interstate 4 near the junction of highways 192 and 27. Disney is just eight miles away. Universal Studios and Sea World are only a few minutes farther. About an hours drive to the east will find you at the many beaches of the Atlantic Ocean or the Kennedy Space Center. You can head west an hour or so to reach the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico or visit Busch Gardens.
There are shopping malls, flea markets, and many golf courses for you to enjoy. A nearly countless number of restaurants are nearby if you chose to dine out. Undoubtedly you will enjoy the convenience of multiple close-by grocery stores, a new super Walmart, and gas stations.
To maintain the pristine condition of our home we must ask that you leave your pets at home. Also, if you choose to smoke, you must do so outside of the home so that future guests, who may be offended or allergic to smoke, are not upset.

Your damage deposit will be refunded following the cleaning of the home and verification by management that no damage to the home has occurred during your stay.
CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT DETAILS:
If 30 days or more cancellation notice is given all funds are returned.
If less than 30 days cancellation notice is given your $250 deposit is forfeited.
If less than 14 days cancellation notice is given all funds are forfeited.
Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted for payments. Personal checks and moneyorders are accepted if received more than 30 days before your arrival.
If your balance due is not paid by in full more than 30 days before arrival, we reserve the right to open our calendar to secure a replacement booking for your dates.

The home was absolutely perfect and the owners are fantastic! We are a family of 11... three generations. It was our best vacation ever and we hope to return next year. The property manager was very attentive and the homeowners share their love of Disney with helpful suggestions. Everything was spotlessly cleaned and ready upon arrival. The grandkids loved the pool and this grandma loved spending vacation time under one roof with her family... so everyone was happy! We were made to feel very welcome. There was a special personal touch every step of the way. We have rented many vacation homes and condos in Florida and this house is far above average. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The pool was very clean and warm. The location is an easy trip to Disney and all of the other stuff. But Jay and Sue are by FAR the nicest owners we've ever dealt with. I would recommend this house to anyone!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wow, what a great week!! We had all age groups in our party - from 7 to "70 something" year olds, and the house could not have been more perfect! The downstairs bedroom with attached bath was perfect for our older guest, and the upstairs bedrooms were so nice and spacious (nicer than my own at home)! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was WONDERFUL!! Almost every morning we would get up to watch all the hot air balloons go by, and at night we would watch the Disney fireworks. Shopping, restaurants and parks are all very easy to get to, only a short drive. Jay and Susan are SO NICE and HELPFUL!! I would definitely recommend this house to anybody, and I am hoping to go back next year! Thank you Jay and Susan!!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This house was fabulous! It was very roomy and what we needed to "get away" from the parks for a restful night. Jay and Sue were very accomodating and helpful throughout the entire rental process. The listing was very accurate as well as the photos. VERY CLEAN!!!!!! I would hightly recommend this property to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I rented Jay and Sue's stunning Orlando vacation home for an 11 day vacation with his family in August. The accomodations were superb, with plenty of room for all 10 of us (6 adults and 3 children ages 5-12). The handicapped access bedroom with adjoining bath on the first level was a godsend for my husband's parents. Both upstairs king masters have jacuzzi tubs in their ensuite baths, comfortable beds and warm contemporary decor. The children loved the pool, spa, and sizeable shaded lanai as much as the game room. Jay and Sue were a joy to work with. Responses to call and emails were prompt, pleasant and informative. They really treated us like family...complete with an anniversary card at the property when we arrived (we were celebrating our first anniversary). The property manager, Kevin, was wonderful to work with...very accomodating and professional. He checked on us numerous times during our stay. The property was clean and well maintained, but most importantly was warm and inviting, making it feel like home. It was a great place to come back to after long days at the parks. I have been renting villas in the Orlando area for many years, and this was the best experience that I have had thus far. My 12 year old son enjoyed the stay so much that he was hoping to rent the same house with his dad's family coming out in April 2012. Unfortunately it was already rented. We will definitely be back (the 12 year old is already working us to return next year)... I would highly recommend Jay and Sue's lovely home to anyone in the market for an Orlando vacation villa. The home is just close enough to the parks (about 15-20 minutes from Disney and about 20-25 minutes from Universal Orlando) to be convienent without putting one right in the middle of crowded Kissimie (with long waits for restaurant tables...and crazy drivers wondering around lost). I have stayed everywhere from villas right at Disney's door to the Grand Foridian right in Disney. All over rated and crowded with minimal privacy. This home really is in an ideal location. It backs up to a green belt which provides privacy while enjoying the pool, even late at night. The sprawling neighborhood was a great place for morning runs or late night walks. Believe me, after a long day of crowds at the parks...you will appreciate a quiet private neighborhood to retreat to. If this is your first time renting a villa...you will never rent a hotel again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Thanks Jay and Sue for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! This is a fabulous house! The location is perfect, they layout is perfect, the pool is perfect, the furniture is comfy and the beds are heavenly!!! I spent weeks searching and requesting quotes for rental houses during our Disney vacation. This was a very scary process being from Virginia and not knowing the area. I am so glad that your house was one in which I requested a quote. The pictures and the price grabbed my attention. The assistance, information and communications we received from you sealed the deal. Even then, we had no idea that the house would be as lovely as it is. Like the title states, a crystal ball could not have picked a better house! I am always a bit worried when traveling because different beds tend to hurt my back. I don't even remember feeling the bed. It was like sleeping on air. No pains, no discomfort... I slept so well. In case it was just me being so tired each night, I asked my other family members what they thought of their beds and they all said the same thing. Nothing better than a great night's rest after a long day at the parks!! We loved having the huge formal dining table. It was nice to have the entire family be able to sit around the same table. The kids would have spent the week in the pool and been just as happy. It was very relaxing and the outside bath proved a must!! Thank you for all your help and information, maps, tips, etc.. that you provided to us before our trip. This information was so helpful and took a bit of the anxiety out of traveling. We hope to come back to Orlando again and hope that this house is available. We are planning on two weeks next time! Thanks again! Thanks for everything!! Our Orlando vacation was great! Your home is beautiful and very warm and inviting. All of the extra's made our stay so much easier. Strollers, cooler, games and books for children, TV's in each room. The pool was awesome and water temperature was perfect for us this week. The house was very roomy, beds were extremely comfortable and the house had all the amenities. We couldn't have picked a better home and or better owners. Jay and Susan -- We had a great time in Orlando the week we were there. My family and I found your home to be very warm, welcoming and inviting. All the extras that were there made our trip more enjoyable, from strollers, cooler, pool toys and floats, games for the kids, tv's in all the rooms. Your letter with all the attractions, restaurants was very informative. Fireworks in Disney could be seen from the upstairs bedroom which was very cool. The pool was great, beds were extremely comfortable as well as the living room furniture. It will be a couple of years before we go back to Disney, but if the home is still available at that time we will definately be contacting you again. Thanks so much for your all your hospitality.
