Wow, what a great week!! We had all age groups in our party - from 7 to "70 something" year olds, and the house could not have been more perfect! The downstairs bedroom with attached bath was perfect for our older guest, and the upstairs bedrooms were so nice and spacious (nicer than my own at home)! The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was WONDERFUL!! Almost every morning we would get up to watch all the hot air balloons go by, and at night we would watch the Disney fireworks. Shopping, restaurants and parks are all very easy to get to, only a short drive. Jay and Susan are SO NICE and HELPFUL!! I would definitely recommend this house to anybody, and I am hoping to go back next year! Thank you Jay and Susan!!

This house was fabulous! It was very roomy and what we needed to "get away" from the parks for a restful night. Jay and Sue were very accomodating and helpful throughout the entire rental process. The listing was very accurate as well as the photos. VERY CLEAN!!!!!! I would hightly recommend this property to others.

First anniversary celebration August 2011

My husband and I rented Jay and Sue's stunning Orlando vacation home for an 11 day vacation with his family in August. The accomodations were superb, with plenty of room for all 10 of us (6 adults and 3 children ages 5-12). The handicapped access bedroom with adjoining bath on the first level was a godsend for my husband's parents. Both upstairs king masters have jacuzzi tubs in their ensuite baths, comfortable beds and warm contemporary decor. The children loved the pool, spa, and sizeable shaded lanai as much as the game room. Jay and Sue were a joy to work with. Responses to call and emails were prompt, pleasant and informative. They really treated us like family...complete with an anniversary card at the property when we arrived (we were celebrating our first anniversary). The property manager, Kevin, was wonderful to work with...very accomodating and professional. He checked on us numerous times during our stay. The property was clean and well maintained, but most importantly was warm and inviting, making it feel like home. It was a great place to come back to after long days at the parks. I have been renting villas in the Orlando area for many years, and this was the best experience that I have had thus far. My 12 year old son enjoyed the stay so much that he was hoping to rent the same house with his dad's family coming out in April 2012. Unfortunately it was already rented. We will definitely be back (the 12 year old is already working us to return next year)... I would highly recommend Jay and Sue's lovely home to anyone in the market for an Orlando vacation villa. The home is just close enough to the parks (about 15-20 minutes from Disney and about 20-25 minutes from Universal Orlando) to be convienent without putting one right in the middle of crowded Kissimie (with long waits for restaurant tables...and crazy drivers wondering around lost). I have stayed everywhere from villas right at Disney's door to the Grand Foridian right in Disney. All over rated and crowded with minimal privacy. This home really is in an ideal location. It backs up to a green belt which provides privacy while enjoying the pool, even late at night. The sprawling neighborhood was a great place for morning runs or late night walks. Believe me, after a long day of crowds at the parks...you will appreciate a quiet private neighborhood to retreat to. If this is your first time renting a villa...you will never rent a hotel again!

Thanks Jay and Sue for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home! This is a fabulous house! The location is perfect, they layout is perfect, the pool is perfect, the furniture is comfy and the beds are heavenly!!! I spent weeks searching and requesting quotes for rental houses during our Disney vacation. This was a very scary process being from Virginia and not knowing the area. I am so glad that your house was one in which I requested a quote. The pictures and the price grabbed my attention. The assistance, information and communications we received from you sealed the deal. Even then, we had no idea that the house would be as lovely as it is. Like the title states, a crystal ball could not have picked a better house! I am always a bit worried when traveling because different beds tend to hurt my back. I don't even remember feeling the bed. It was like sleeping on air. No pains, no discomfort... I slept so well. In case it was just me being so tired each night, I asked my other family members what they thought of their beds and they all said the same thing. Nothing better than a great night's rest after a long day at the parks!! We loved having the huge formal dining table. It was nice to have the entire family be able to sit around the same table. The kids would have spent the week in the pool and been just as happy. It was very relaxing and the outside bath proved a must!! Thank you for all your help and information, maps, tips, etc.. that you provided to us before our trip. This information was so helpful and took a bit of the anxiety out of traveling. We hope to come back to Orlando again and hope that this house is available. We are planning on two weeks next time! Thanks again! Teresa and Family

Thanks for everything!! Our Orlando vacation was great! Your home is beautiful and very warm and inviting. All of the extra's made our stay so much easier. Strollers, cooler, games and books for children, TV's in each room. The pool was awesome and water temperature was perfect for us this week. The house was very roomy, beds were extremely comfortable and the house had all the amenities. We couldn't have picked a better home and or better owners. It was a pleasure to deal with such nice people and when we return to Orlando in a few years, we will definately contact you if the home is still available. Thanks again! Kay and family

Jay and Susan -- We had a great time in Orlando the week we were there. My family and I found your home to be very warm, welcoming and inviting. All the extras that were there made our trip more enjoyable, from strollers, cooler, pool toys and floats, games for the kids, tv's in all the rooms. Your letter with all the attractions, restaurants was very informative. Fireworks in Disney could be seen from the upstairs bedroom which was very cool. The pool was great, beds were extremely comfortable as well as the living room furniture. It will be a couple of years before we go back to Disney, but if the home is still available at that time we will definately be contacting you again. Thanks so much for your all your hospitality. WE stayed at Jay and Susan's house for our first trip to Florida. The house was amazing.It made us feel like we where in our own home. The beds were sooo comfortable as well as the rest of the house . We had three families with us and had plenty of room to have our own space. JAY AND susan were so helpful in all the information that they sent and all the questions that I had for them. We will be back next year.Thank you for making our Christmas stay so wonderful. Jay and Susan you have a very beautiful home. This home is very well kept and Jay and Susan made us feel like family. It was my sons 7th birthday and our wedding anniversary while we vacationed. Jay and Susan had cards for our occasios and left my son a gift. He felt so special. They really make you feel like family. The attention to detail was incredible. We enjoyed our vacation very much. Thank you so much from our family to yours. We are experienced Florida vacationeers, we would highly recommend staying here. The property management was very attentive to any of our needs. We stayed at Jay and Sues March 14-21, 2009. My Family along with my best friend's family had the BEST time! We had plenty of room for the 7 kids and 5 adults. Jay and Sue were superb to deal with. You could not ask for a better house or experience. Jay even called just in time to notify us of the space shuttles last night launch! (Sorry Jay that I had to go so fast off the phone). Can not say enough on our experience!
