Our family extends a warm invitation to you and your family for your magical gathering at our new beautifully appointed and comfortabaly luxurious villa. Our villa is located in the heart of Florida's bountiful orange grove country just off Interstate 4 near the junction of Highways 192 and 27. That's only eight miles from the Disney theme park gates!

Enjoy a relaxing swim in the warm and sunny south-eastern facing pool and spa that is completely screened in and lighted at night. The Lanai is shady and invitingly furnished with lounges, tables, and chairs, an electric barbeque and all kinds of child-sized furniture and fun pool toys.

The dining table seats eight plus and the large kitchen, which seats four, is complete with cookware, dishes, utensils, and even a Cinderella toaster that will play a tune for you! Both the kitchen and dining area look out onto the Lanai-pool area.

The entire home is furnished with beautiful designer furniture and accessories. We invite you to stretch out in the comfortable great room that is complete with TV, stereo AM/FM, VCR/DVD/CD, and movies. There are many board games to play and childrens movies to watch. Relax in all the comforts of your air-conditioned home away from home!

You may enter the home through the double car garage (which has two remote controls) or use the formal front entrance. On the first level you will find a junior queen size suite with bath and also a queen size bedroom.

The easy-to-use modern kitchen and dining area is accessible through the security alarmed french doors. The pool area is spacious and comfortably furnished and has a convenient toilet and shower with plenty of towels.

On the second level there is a junior suite (the Princess room) with two twin beds and bath with an additional bedroom (The Mickey room) with two twin beds directly across the hall. Too tired to stay and watch the fireworks that Disney displays every night? Then be our guest and have your own private viewing from the upstairs bedroom windows! Both king size master suites are complete with lovely spacious baths with large showers and jetted Jacuzzi tubs.

All linens are furnished for your convenience as are hair dryers, radio alarm clocks to get you going in the morning, a high chair for the little one, a baby crib if you need it, two strollers for your use, a washer and dryer for the laundry, an iron and ironing board and even a Christmas tree and decorations if you are lucky enough to be the family to be visiting for the holidays.

Our villa is an easy drive from the Orlando International Airport. If you are driving to Orlando, access to the villa is just off Interstate 4 near the junction of highways 192 and 27. Disney is just eight miles away. Universal Studios and Sea World are only a few minutes farther. About an hours drive to the east will find you at the many beaches of the Atlantic Ocean or the Kennedy Space Center. You can head west an hour or so to reach the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico or visit Busch Gardens.

There are shopping malls, flea markets, and many golf courses for you to enjoy. A nearly countless number of restaurants are nearby if you chose to dine out. Undoubtedly you will enjoy the convenience of multiple close-by grocery stores, a new super Walmart, and gas stations.

To maintain the pristine condition of our home we must ask that you leave your pets at home. Also, if you choose to smoke, you must do so outside of the home so that future guests, who may be offended or allergic to smoke, are not upset.

Also, if you are a returning guest to our home, we will give you your eighth night free as a thank you, to you. Other details: A security deposit of $250 is required. Your security deposit will be refunded immediately following the cleaning of the home and verification by on-site management that no damage to the home has occured during your stay. If you wish to have the pool heater turned on, there is an additional fee of $30 per day (5 day minimum). A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for bookings of less than a week.

  • We stayed in Jay and Susans home for our first Florida visit. It was nice to have a home to come back to at night and have room so everyone could be together instead of sitting in 1 hotel room. The kids loved the pool, they protested at night when it was time to get out. My 22 month old liked visiting the lizard living in the garage. We will never stay in a hotel again if we dont have to. There was 11 of us and we were not crowded at all. It is very nice of them to share the house with so many people.

  • We just returned a week ago and we had a awesome time. The house was wonderful there was 11 of us and we had plenty of room. My 6yr old son and my 2yr old daughter just loved the pool, they would rather swim than go to disneyworld! We had everything that we needed it was nice not to have to eat every meal out and to be able to do laundry, expecially with two young kids! We will definetly go back again!   • We stayed for the second time at Jay and Susans home in March for our 2nd annual Detroit Tiger Spring Training Trip. We absolutely love staying here. It's truly a home away from home. Everything you need, great amenities. We really like the location, very close to Walmart or Publix and away from the congestion of Disney. You will not be disappointed with anything. Jay and Susan are great to work with and they take pride in their home which is evident the moment you walk in. It's where we will stay whenever were in Florida!

  • We have just returned from a wonderful time in Orlando. Jay & Sue's home is absolutely beautiful.Talk about a home away from home. My husband, myself, my son, his wife and 3 children had all the room we needed with plently left over to spare. We all enjoyed the pool, the privacy, the quiet and this beautiful home. Everything we needed was there, from linens to pool toys. Jay & Sue are extremely helpful, will guide you, give you tips and make you feel welcome in their home.   • We have just returned from our Easter week vacation with family and friends. Jay and Sue have a beautiful home that is wheelchair friendly. Jay installed a pedestal sink shortly before we arrived. Any of you "wheelers" out there surely know how the standard bathroom vanity can be a real hassle. The new sink was an absolute blessing.   • We would like to thank the Sampson's for the opportunity to celebrate Christmas in their beautiful home. This home is comfortable, tastefully decorated, fully furnished, and has something for everyone. My kids loved the heated pool and pool toys, as well as having their own bedrooms to hang out in. We cooked our evening meals on the outdoor electric grill, and we watched the Disney fireworks from our bedroom window. My kids range in age from 11-16 and they all truly loved the home. However, I think that younger kids would really enjoy the home because it is filled with games, books, movies, and Disney character stuffed animals. The "girl" Disney room has a princess theme with a singing princess lamp. The "boy" Disney room has a talking Mickey Mouse lamp and fun Disney stuffed animals. Both of the rooms have TV's and are filled with great kid-friendly videos. Jay and Susan are the most pleasant people to associate with, and they even called to check on us the night of our arrival. We highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking for the perfect home to stay in while visiting Florida. We will definitely plan a return trip!   • We stayed and Jay and Sue's home in June and have just rescheduled to return in March. I can tell you that not only was this home everyhting we expected and more but Jay and Sue are the nicest people to work with. You will not be dissappointed I assure you.   • On family vacations, we usually stay in five star hotels unless there is a good home rental market, like in Orlando. When deciding on a house to rent in the Orlando area, we researched well over 500 properties and narrowed our search to just 10. We wanted the same high standards that we find in the five star hotels that we stay at. When contacting the Sampson's (owners of this property) there was an immediate difference in the level of attention we received from them compared to other owners. This excellent service continued throughout our stay. In addition, the house was immaculate. I won't bore you with ammenities listings (as they are on the website), but I will say that this property is in fantastic shape and we thoroughly enjoyed the offerings. It was relaxing to return from the parks (and the coast) and have such a nice home to return to. We were completely able to unwind. We ate meals outside by the pool the entire time we were there (even though there is a gorgeous dining room inside). We ended each day with a refreshing swim before bed. The experience was truly magical. The square footage of this home made it possible to enjoy the family and still maintain our privacy. If you are comparing properties right now and are concerned about making the right choice, this property and the owners will ensure the experience you are looking for.
