With Delaware so close you can take advantage of tax free shopping.
What about the movies? The Sun-n-Surf theaters are just down the street for those nights that you just want the traditional dinner and a show.
Our property has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath. The condo can sleep up to 9 people. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player and the living room has a large flat screen television for your family's enjoyment.
The master bedroom has 2 double beds and a private bath. The second bedroom is located across from the second bathroom and features 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed. The living room has 2 sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), a separate dining room and a galley kitchen.
Wake up with a cup of coffee on the east facing balcony and take in the sounds of the waves crashing.
Enjoy a relaxing vacation that puts you in the middle of the action when you want it but allows you peace and quiet when you need it.
Take the kids to North Side park for Sundaes in the Park and then make your way to the inlet with fun stops for mini golf, Grotto Pizza and last but not least, boardwalk fun!
Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

My family went down for a mini Vacation 3 days 2 night. I normally stay at a hotel but thought I would give the condo thing a try. I was very surprised the cost was very affordable, condo was very nice, clean and spacious with plenty of room. Beach is within walking distance. Nearest grocery store is just minutes away. The pool was nice and big with plenty of seats to lay out and tan. Had no problems finding anything Would def reccommend and will keep in mind for future stays. Thank you :)Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We're a couple that lives in Baltimore Md who love the beach and vacations and wanted to share their unit with other families because everyone deserves the true Ocean City vacation!

We selected this property because we both just adore North OC. The beaches are better and the experience for the family is that much sweeter. Our unit is spacious and gives the feeling of a true retreat. The pool is a great option when you're just not feeling the sand and the community is a great place for an after dinner stroll or an early morning run

You'll find it very easy to park at our condo. There is plenty of on and offstreet parking.
Our pool is one of the largest in OC and the grounds are well manicured and there are several areas for you to grill.
Early in the morning you can hear the ocean waves crashing and watch the sun come up from the balcony.
The open floor plan will give your family the space you need at the cost of a place half its size
