This house was perfect for two families with kids. Located in the forest with privacy, so beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners were very nice and helpful. Very close to the park entrance. We would definitely recommend this place. The railroad nearby didn't bother us.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had 4 adults and 5 kids (ranging in age from 3 months to 10) stay here for two days and we wish we could have stayed longer! There was plenty of room, it was spacious, and very close to the park. The kitchen was easy to cook in and open to the family room. Great place to stay with a family! Everything was clean and the owners were very nice and helpful (even when the gas went out on the grill). We would definitely recommend this wonderful home! (only caveat is that the train runs very close to the house and sometimes in the middle of the night! we got used to it!)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Beautiful house, just as described. Plenty of space, very clean and well-maintained. Super close to the entrance to Glacier Natl Park. The owner was very helpful, friendly, and immediately available for questions, etc. Would definitely recommend this property to friends, family!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Custom built our home in 2009. Family homesteaded in West Glacier in late 1800's. We enjoy living in West Glacier year round and all that the outdoors and seasons have to offer.

Only two miles to Park entrance, dining, rafting and golfing yet when at home you experience the solitude of mountain living.
