Very spacious 1 bedroom unit that offers a private bunk area and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a beach view and features a king size bed. Lots of storage drawers and a flat screen TV with a DVD player. Private master bath. The bunk area has a lower full size bed and an upper twin bed and is separated by a room darkening/sound barrier curtain and has a TV/DVD. The fully equipped kitchen has a granite bar with 4 barstools plus there is also a table with seating for 4 and additional TV trays are also provided. The living room area offers a queen size/leather sofa sleeper, an oversized chair that converts to a twin bed, a recliner, a rocking chair plus other seating. The furniture in this unit is not your 'typical' rental condo furniture. All furnishings are of an upper end quality. NO vertical blinds in this unit. Custom drapes complete the decor. The washer/dryer are full size/front loads. This unit was bought NEW in 2013 so all of the paint, floor coverings and furnishings are new. The balcony view of the pool and the beach is just perfect from the 6th floor! The balcony has 2 reclining chairs with a side table and 2 additional comfort style chairs with a table. This unit is conveniently located to Pineapple Willy's (next door), Walmart (across the street), and Waffle House (walking distance).

About the owner: We presently live in the Northwest corner of Alabama. About a 5-6 hour drive to Panama City Beach. We have been vacationing in Panama City for many, many years and had always talked about buying a condo there. We finally made the decision to buy one this year! We love it there!
