Updated 1890's Victorian. Very Comfortable and Unique....All the modern conveniences of the 21st century, Easy to get to Downtown, 16th St. Mall, Capital Building, Pepsi Center, Preforming Arts Center, Sports Stadiums and Cherry Creek, Kitchen equipped for a simple meal or a gourmet dinner party. Natural gas BBQ on deck(just turn on), wet bar, top of the line appliances. Dining room directly off the kitchen, table (2 leaves) can seat 2 to 8.
The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs. Master has queen size bed with down comforter, it's own luxurious marble bath with a 5 foot Jacuzzi tub, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has a very comfy new futon that makes into a queen bed. This room can also be converted into a comfortable reading area or a great work space. This room can be closed off to make another master suite. The bath is shared by bedrooms #2 and #3. The bath has a great shower with double heads, great lighting from an operable sky light and lots of soft towels.
Two living areas give plenty of room to spread out on the comfy couch or huge sectional. The gas fireplace not only gives charm to the room, but also gives off heat and makes that area even more cozy. Sit back and enjoy a good movie on the 50' Dolby LCD digital surround sound flat screen TV with Netflix set up on DVR player. Downstairs there is another work space with a printer off the living room. One of my favorite rooms is the powder room off the living room. Great Color!!!
One of my favorite spots to enjoy the afternoon is on the front porch. There are a couple of comfortable wicker lounge chairs to just sit, get your book, a cup of tea and enjoy being in Cheesman Park.
In the spring, the back yard is a great place for morning coffee, afternoon lunch, read the Sunday Paper or have a back yard BBQ. Lots of comfortable seating and plenty of umbrellas. Two fountains, raised garden beds, lots of planters, aspens for shade and a natural gas BBQ. (just turn it on).

Location couldn't get any better..We are in Capital Hill one of the most fun and interesting neighborhoods ..directly across the street from Cheesman Park, wonderful for that morning run or just an afternoon stroll. The neighborhood is an eclectic mix of beautiful homes, hi-rises and a few apartments.
The Botanical Gardens, just a short 5 minute walk. A beautiful spot with a great music venue in the summer and lots of activities going on all year.
Rental bicycles are available outside the Botanical Gardens and at 12th Street and Columbine. You can catch the bus at the end of the block to go Downtown(16th Street, Convention Center, Preforming Arts Center, Civic Center Park and more)...
For convenient food shopping..Whole Foods is just 6 blocks and King Soopers Market is 5 blocks.
Loads of great eateries close.. from the best breakfast places, lots of ethnic spots, to some fantastic, 'written up' restaurants featured in 5280 Magazine. City Park is just 2 miles, with golf, the zoo, I- Max Theater, boating in summer and museums. Great Farmers Market in the Spring.
Cherry Creek village is 3 miles away, with some of the best boutique shopping, great restaurants, lots of spas..it's a fun spot to window shop. It has many banks, a Whole Foods and Safeway.

This just seemed the right spot for me. A city with both excitement and beauty. The mountains only a stones throw away. I have two darling grandson, that enjoy the Colorado life. I also divide my time between here the mountains and Mexico. I have other rental properties.
