What a wonderful home. We continue to add more fun things over the years.

NEW WIRELESS INTERNET! Satellite wireless internet service for the entire house. Just bring your laptop and a wireless card or you can plug into the modem direct. We also have a new desktop computer for your use. NEW THEATER ROOM! 1935 antique theater seats. 16 seats with 83" screen and surround sound system. NEW POOL TABLE! Just updated two of the bathrooms to include new tile, sink vanities, and fixtures.
Beautiful, rustic, three-level home with over 5000 square feet. One and three-quarter acres of landscaped land with playground for kids.
This home has six queen-size pine log beds, two full-size pine log beds, two queen-size futons, two singles, two leather sofa sleepers, and 3.5 bathrooms.
The home also has a ping-pong table, basketball standard, full size sand volleyball court, horseshoe pit, tether ball, and a Sony Playstation game system with many games. It is a VERY nice place! Great for ski groups or family reunions. Great sledding hill in back yard for all ages. Yes, we even have some sleds for our guests.
The home has a private eight-person hot tub and a sun room. Fire wood is stacked and ready for use. Only 8 minutes from all three world-class ski resorts in Park City. 6 minutes from Main Street.
The home is also on a shuttle route into Park City's Main Street.
We have had repeat visitors from all over the world stay with us including a professional basketball player from the Sacramento Kings (they loved it).

LOWER LEVEL: TV room with 1 queen futons, queen sofa sleeper and a couch. Lower level also has the theater room with pool table and sofa sleeper.
IT CAN REALLY BE CALLED A 7 BEDROOM HOME NOT INCLUDING THE LOFT!
ONLY 10 MINUTES FROM JORDANELLE RES. WITH FISHING,BOATING, SWIMMING, AND BEACH AREAS.
5 minutes from the outlet shopping stores.
FREE SHUTTLE!!!! We are on a shuttle route which can take you to all 3 ski resorts, main street, or anywhere in and around Park City.

Why the Owner Chose Highland Estates
There are several reasons we choose Park City. The obvious reason, SKIING! We also saw the need for housing family reunions. There were not a lot of options for summer groups to all stay together in Park City and attend all the summer activities and events. We quickly found out we made a wise decision. Currently, our summer months are just as booked as our winter months.
Sundance Film Festival is another reason. Being in the business myself, I also saw the need to put in a theater room.
This makes since if you are attending the film festival. You can now have your own personal screening of your film! Think of the possibilities. It is also great just to gather your family and watch your favorite movies.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
If you are looking for the butlers, limos, and the red carpet, this is not the place for you.
While very nice... we are not the RITZ. If you are looking for all the comforts of home with the rustic feel, this is it.
We offer a place that will sleep many for little. Do the math. You wont find another place that offers what we have at a price that is far below the big hotels, and vacation homes being offered. Welcome to your new favorite place to stay in Park City!
New skate park with state of the art grounds. Basketball, volleyball, fields, playgrounds, ets. Very nice park only 1 mile away from the house.
Tubing hill. Great place to go tubing and they have kid size snowmobiles. Our family loves this place!

We have rented the house from 15 jan 2011 to 30 jan 2011. We were a big group of young skiers from Argentina with 3 adults and the Director of the ski school. The house was big and perfect in all the aspects, everything runs 10 points, the jacuzzi always ready, the kitchen was big and the two refrigeretors were very usefull for a group like us. Internet and wifi excellent. The heater keeps the house always warm. We had one day that the heater turned off, but very soon Ray came and everything went right in minutes! Also we did a barbacue in the special place the house has below the garage. The children even skied and jumped in the backyard. I must thank Ray for his hospitality and also because he gave us jam and more delicious staff he does as private bussines. We had a car for the meals shoping but the hole group moved to and from Park City using the 8 brown public bus without any inconvenience. Ernesto Club Argentino de Ski
