  I forgot to leave a comment in the book that was at the house -- but l can not say enough wonderful things about the home! It was stocked with everything a family would need and the pictures on this site reflect what you get from the home. The hot tub was PERFECT! We sat and watch the sunset over the ocean from the hot tub in the evening and we sat and drank coffee at the table on the deck overlooking the ocean in the morning. There were plenty of towels, pots, pans, plates, ect - A house we would rent again. When making my reservation - the owner was very nice and answered all my questions. Even included a list of recommended places to eat. Would encourage anyone wanting a nice place that you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you enter to rent this home!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  What a wonderful 2 days we had! The foggy weather was such a relief from the inland smoke from the fires we have had to breathe all summer. There was plenty to do and the cottage was very comfortable and we loved the nautical decoration theme. The facilities and the service were top notch and the packet the owner sent with restaurant and activities information was thorough and very helpful. We both highly recommend this lovely cottage.

  Wow, I am still amazed, a few weeks after my stay how much fun I had. The place was clean, well stocked and loads of atmosphere!! My Boyfriend and I already decided to come back for our Honeymoon and my kids already made me promise we will come back next summer. Thanks so much!

  We were very pleased with this lovely home high on a hillside with views of the ocean and beach. The cabin is very well furnished and meticulously maintained. The couches were so comfy for watching the huge tv, when we could pull ourselves away from gazing at the ocean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck; nice too soak in there under amazing night sky. The master bedroom is large and airy with a very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well stocked with various necessities such as coffee and tea and lots of condiments; very thoughtful of our hosts. We felt very much at home. The location is excellent, just a few minutes north of Brookings for restaurants and shopping. A section of the Oregon Coast Trail is just across the road--great for hiking. We ate in the restaurant in the complex several times and were very impressed with the food. Wonderful clam chowder and delicious chicken rice soup! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and really hated to leave.

  We stayed here with our friends from Portland for four nights over the Christmas holiday 2010. When we arrived there was a small decorated tree on the desk for us to enjoy. A pleasant and welcoming surprise. The home was very cozy, clean, fantastic view and had a wonderful new hot tub. Great beaches to explore. It was a very relaxing vacation for the four of us. A great value. We would consider staying again and would recommend this property to friends. The Schubert/Eoff's and Caswell's.

  Let me start by saying, Thank You for opening your very cozy, clean and comfortable home. I was looking for someplace specail for our first Anniversary and I found it here. (What a GEM!) When we arrived there was a nice bottle of Champagne waiting for us. (Thank you so much for thinking of that!) Anything and everything that we needed was there. Board games, movies and some of the best coffee i've tasted. The restaurant near by was execellent and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The pics we seen online were a big help but didn't do the place justice. We were extremely happy that we found you and look forward to stay there many more anniversary, special occations or for just a weekend getaway. Many thanks and blessings.

  Thank you so much for opening your home to us! We were very pleased with the homes accommodations, they were wonderful. The views were outstanding. Our family had a very relaxing vacation with a lot of good memories. We will definitely do it again.

  We found this cottage on VRBO, saw that it was afforadable and looked very cozy. We were blown away at how clean and orginized everything was. The house needed nothing. The beach, the cozy town, the people in the area, the vibe, the hiking, all were awesome!! My family and myself can't wait to return asap!! A PERFECT GETAWAY!

  We were so happy to find your place online! We had a wonderful and relaxing 3 days at your cabin. It was very comfortable, and we certainly felt right at home. Thank you for keeping stuff in the kitchen and refrigerator to help with the little things you just dont think of at the grocery store! We couldent have asked for a better place. The hot tub was so great and with a view to make it all magical was the best. The beaches in the area are just beautiful!! Hope to come back someday. Thank you for all.   This was a last minute rental for our 21st anniversary. I couldn't have done better if I had researched further in advance! The cottage was just like we would've set it up if it was ours. Very comfortable, a surprisingly private feeling, clean & thoughtfullly stocked. Our only suggestion is that the bedroom TV be replaced. It is small and takes a while to warm up. Internet would be nice also. We would consider staying again. Thank you very much!
