Ideal for couples/families. Cottage faces the beach and ocean. Single story with two steps up to the deck and one more into the cottage.
You don't need binoculars to see the beach and ocean, but we do have them for your use. Cottage is located within Samuel Boardman Scenic Corridor. Enjoy the view from the deck while relaxing at the Patio/Bistro Table, or while enjoying the brand new large Hot Tub. The view from the counter-height gathering table in the dining room is spectacular. Watch the quail and Stellar jays search for food in the mornings and late afternoons (see photo # 15). The quail oftentimes will run and hide under your car when it rains.
Living Room has ample seating with a large sectional and two recliners. A 57" HDTV was recently added, and there is a 1080P HD DVD/VHS player. There are DVD and VHS movies available. There are additional televisions located in both bedrooms and dining area.
A Complimentary Information package is sent to guests who are not familiar with the area.
New Counter-height Gathering Table/four chairs next to the windows so you can enjoy the view of the Beach & Ocean. Counter height Table gets you up high enough to see over the Deck railings.
With our FULLY equipped kitchen & New Propane BBQ, you don't have to eat out every night, unless you want the change of pace from being home.
King Bed in Master Bedroom, Queen Bed in second Bedroom, Shower in Master Bath, Tub with Shower in second bathroom. Large Bath Sheets and Loaner Sandals for use with Hot Tub.

Wow, I am still amazed, a few weeks after my stay how much fun I had. The place was clean, well stocked and loads of atmosphere!! My Boyfriend and I already decided to come back for our Honeymoon and my kids already made me promise we will come back next summer. Thanks so much!

We were very pleased with this lovely home high on a hillside with views of the ocean and beach. The cabin is very well furnished and meticulously maintained. The couches were so comfy for watching the huge tv, when we could pull ourselves away from gazing at the ocean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck; nice too soak in there under amazing night sky. The master bedroom is large and airy with a very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well stocked with various necessities such as coffee and tea and lots of condiments; very thoughtful of our hosts. We felt very much at home. The location is excellent, just a few minutes north of Brookings for restaurants and shopping. A section of the Oregon Coast Trail is just across the road--great for hiking. We ate in the restaurant in the complex several times and were very impressed with the food. Wonderful clam chowder and delicious chicken rice soup! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and really hated to leave.

We stayed here with our friends from Portland for four nights over the Christmas holiday 2010. When we arrived there was a small decorated tree on the desk for us to enjoy. A pleasant and welcoming surprise. The home was very cozy, clean, fantastic view and had a wonderful new hot tub. Great beaches to explore. It was a very relaxing vacation for the four of us. A great value. We would consider staying again and would recommend this property to friends. The Schubert/Eoff's and Caswell's.

Let me start by saying, Thank You for opening your very cozy, clean and comfortable home. I was looking for someplace specail for our first Anniversary and I found it here. (What a GEM!) When we arrived there was a nice bottle of Champagne waiting for us. (Thank you so much for thinking of that!) Anything and everything that we needed was there. Board games, movies and some of the best coffee i've tasted. The restaurant near by was execellent and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The pics we seen online were a big help but didn't do the place justice. We were extremely happy that we found you and look forward to stay there many more anniversary, special occations or for just a weekend getaway. Many thanks and blessings.

We found this cottage on VRBO, saw that it was afforadable and looked very cozy. We were blown away at how clean and orginized everything was. The house needed nothing. The beach, the cozy town, the people in the area, the vibe, the hiking, all were awesome!! My family and myself can't wait to return asap!! A PERFECT GETAWAY!

We were so happy to find your place online! We had a wonderful and relaxing 3 days at your cabin. It was very comfortable, and we certainly felt right at home. Thank you for keeping stuff in the kitchen and refrigerator to help with the little things you just dont think of at the grocery store! We couldent have asked for a better place. This was a last minute rental for our 21st anniversary. I couldn't have done better if I had researched further in advance! The cottage was just like we would've set it up if it was ours. Very comfortable, a surprisingly private feeling, clean & thoughtfullly stocked. Our only suggestion is that the bedroom TV be replaced. It is small and takes a while to warm up. Internet would be nice also. We would consider staying again. Thank you very much!

Having just completed a 3 night stay at your cabin, must say, that it was one of the nicest, cleanest, and most complete of any that we have ever stayed at. Thank you for making it available. There was not one thing that we wanted, that was not available, and the view was outstanding. We would recommend your vacation home to anyone. The Niles and the Chases.

Lovely property. Cozy cottage with wonderful view of the ocean. This is a very clean home that includes many kitchen extras, even videos! Hot tub was also very clean. Bring your hiking shoes to explore the many trails overlooking the ocean. Our favorite hike was Thunder Rock, and our favorite beach was "Meyer's Creek". Property owners very personable and responsive. I recommend this property.
