About this property

Right in the heart of Old Town, this fantastic cabin is one of the best rentals in all of Park City!

Located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort on Empire Avenue, this condominium is in a duplex building, with the feel of a mountain cabin. It is quite spacious (approximately 2000 square feet) with wood beamed vaulted ceilings and two living areas, each with a fireplace.

The condo is on the downhill side of the street; as you go down the steps from the street, there is a deck with a hot tub just outside the front door. As you enter the condo, the main level is the living room, kitchen and adjacent dining area, and a full bath. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full shared bath. On the lower level are a family room, the third bedroom and an adjoining bathroom which has an entry from both the bedroom and the family room.

Living Room: Gas fireplace, 46" HDTV, DVD, VCR, CD stereo, plenty of seating, lots of light!

Family Room/Den: Gas fireplace, 42" High Definition LCD TV, comfortable chairs, round game table with 4 chairs. 2 day beds for additional seating.

Kitchen: Very well equipped for cooking meals.

Dining Room: Dining area adjoins kitchen; seating for 8.

Air Conditioning: Yes

Bedrooms:
Master – King bed, shares adjoining bathroom with second bedroom (separate entries).
Second – Queen bed, TV, shares bath with master.
Third – Queen bed, adjoining bathroom with shower only.
Family Room/Den –2 twin beds and 2 day beds w/trundles.

Hot Tub: Shared with renters in the other side of the duplex, outside on front deck.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry room downstairs.

Garage: No garage, but there is off street parking available for up to 2 cars.

Unit as described, couple missing / broken items
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Internet was very spotty here. I wouldn't rely on it to work from at all. It seems as if their mesh network is supposed to cover both units but really doesn't cover unit B well as all. Hard wiring one of the network nodes in unit B will work wonders.BBQ didnt work. It was too late in the night for us to call and ask for replacement part.

Great stay and great location.
This was perfect for our group. We had 3 families. All the adults had a bed and the kids loved the basement beds. Great location. We were able to walk into town and walk to the lifts.

Great spot!
I reserved this house for a group of 10 guys and it was great. With that number some people will be sharing beds / sleeping on a trundle or couch, but the place is huge and there's more than enough space. Great location, walkable to the lift and right next to downtown. Also has a grill and a hot tub which we made use of

Spacious, welcoming, convenient with fantastic living area.
Really great space for a family with adult children and significant others. Downstairs is a second living area and bedroom with its own fireplace. The main fireplace and sectional sofa was a great gathering area . Walk to skiing was the best. The baths have a shower/tub combo rather than walk in shower but that didn’t bother us at all...plenty of hot water, towels, basic toiletries. Kitchen was lovely and dining area had a great view . Would stay again in a heartbeat , we all loved it.
