WALK TO THE SKI SLOPES!! You'll never have to walk along a main resort road. Simply walk to the end of our road, through the snow-tubing parking lot and past the tubing ticket office, then follow the asphalt path to lift #3 (Geronimo Trail). It's THAT easy!
***One of only a few resort homes that is truly within a 4-7 minute walk of the mini-golf courses, trout pond, go-cart track, skate park, ice cream shop, summer tubing slopes, frisbee golf and mountain biking trails, Golf course @ LeClub, chairlift rides and Mist Island Adventure area. A short 3-5 minute drive will bring you to the resort's new INDOOR/OUTDOOR water park, horseback riding stables and the resort's on-site outfitter where you can spend a day river tubing, canoeing or kayaking!
** Location, location, location! ** Our home is located approximately 100 yards from the snow-tubing park and just beyond that are the ski slopes. There's NO need to struggle with parking lot traffic ... NO need to load your ski & snowboard equipment in/out of your car in the parking lot! There's no need to wait in long lunch lines or find a table at the ski lodge - SAVE MONEY when you walk home for your meals.
**You may be able to find a slighty less expensive rental at Massanutten BUT YOU CANNOT BEAT OUR TRUE 'Walk to the amenities' location IN A NEWLY RENOVATED HOME!** Linens/towels, cleaning fee & taxes are always included in our rates.

We have completed a ten-month renovation on our Massanutten home which includes a new heater and central air unit, new vinyl and carpet flooring throughout the entire home, new kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances, new full-size washer and dryer, and skylights installed in the vaulted, living room ceiling. No worries about maintenance issues when staying in our Massanutten home -- practically everything is NEW!
There is a new 35" SONY television in the living room & each bedroom has either a 20" or a 27" TV. A BONUS FOR THE KIDS --- we also provide a Game Cube system with games!! For the adults -- poker cards/chips & board games. We also provide numerous cable TV channels, along with DVD & VHS players with a movie library of 20+ movies that are suitable for families (at no charge). **For your convenience, we also provide all linens and towels!
You can enjoy morning coffee on a large, wraparound deck while watching the deer graze in the backyard and the birds visit the birdfeeders. Our birds visitors include finch, sparrows, nuthatch, titmouse, cardinals, bluejays and a variety of woodpeckers!

CREDIT CARD payments can be accepted via PayPal. **SHORT-TERM leases are considered during the Fall months (Late August through - mid December) & the Spring months (early March - early May).**
Our home is NON-SMOKING HOME & pets are NOT allowed. 50% of Rental Rate is due at the time of reservation; balance is due 45 days prior to your reservation date & a $250 security/damage deposit is due 14 days prior to your reservation date. Deposit will be refunded within 15 days after inspection shows no evidence of smoking & no damage to property. Cancellation: Full Refund with 60-day notice; 50% Refund with 44-30 day notice; no refund less than 29 days. MUST be over 25 years of age to check in to our home. Condominiums check-ins require a minimum age of 21 years old.
