Perfect for families or a quiet get-away, this beautifully decorated unit is on the first level (over covered parking) with the ability to easily access the adjacent beach and seasonally heated pool from the elevator or stairway.
Because of this unit's position in the building, it is ideal for individuals who may have limited mobility or the need for wheelchair accessibility. Listen to the waves lap on shore from the master bedroom where there is a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with separate vanity area.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. The Tommy Bahama-style living area has a television/VCR and stereo. The patio overlooking the beach is perfect for outdoor dining/entertaining and enjoying the picturesque West Coast Florida sunsets and dolphin watching.
The pool area is beautifully maintained with easy access to the beach. The building is very secure for your safety. No pets/No smoking.
