This villa at 4525 Parkside is perfect for vacationing with family and friends or getting away from it all. As a guest at the villa, you can take advantage of all that Kiawah Island Golf Resort has to offer. This includes access to 10 miles of stunning beaches as well as the Sanctuary’s various spas, restaurants, and shops just a two-minute walk from your front door. Following any part of Kiawah’s 35 miles of bike and walking trails will take you past striking views of Kiawah’s unexploited nature, and lead you to five world class golf courses as well as the nationally renowned Roy Barth Tennis Center. Use of the KIGR pool, toddler pool, Kamp Kiawah, gym, discounted golf, tennis and bike rentals as well as beach chairs, etc is included in your rental. The pool at Heron Park with a toddler pool is exclusively for the use of the KIGR guests and there is an adult only pool near the Tennis Center.
The villa is just a short walk to the East Beach Market and Conference Center, making this an ideal location for business guests. The Market provides casual dining as well as wine and a variety of household provisions.
If you are in search of more culture, Kiawah is located just 35 minutes from Charleston, one of America’s most historic cities. There you can experience a taste of southern living, shop at the Downtown Historic Marketplace, or take any of the walking, trolley, or horse-and-buggy tours. Charleston’s restaurants boast the finest low country dining, with options to meet any appetite or budget.
As a premier apartment, the villa is the perfect balance of luxury and accessibility and you may never want to leave. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom, and another full bath is attached to a second bedroom, which has two single beds. Designer linens are provided for your comfort. There is a convertible couch in the living room.
The Fresh Fields Market at the entrance to the Island has a full grocery store for times that you choose to stay home and prepare meals in the newly remodeled kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen features beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and opens to an adjacent dining area. The living room leads to a screened porch, ideal for dining or enjoying drinks without worrying about the elements. The living room and master bedroom provide cable television and DVD player. There is wireless connectivity throughout. A washer and dryer are provided.

We have 10 miles of untouched beaches, miles of biking and walking trails and a nature center. There are five world class golf courses which are nestled among the palm trees and azaleas. The resort is very family friendly, with Kamp Kiawah, activities, and pools including a toddler pool. You will leave rejuvenated and, if you are lucky, you will come back again.

Beautiful apartment, perfect weather and the location was great! It was easy to get to the conference center and The Sanctuary. We took advantage of the free transportation around the resort. We will try to reserve this villa next year.
