Located at 120 Dalton Drive, a quiet street on the south side of Scenic 30A (south meaning very close to the beach), "Luckie Days" offers you everything the Emerald Coast has in an affordable way without sacrificing anything. A short stroll to the beach, and you will find that Eastern Lake enters the gulf near our beach access creating a natural lazy river that kids of all ages (five to 85) enjoy. There is not a better skim board area on the coast. Hours and hours of entertainment for kids while you soak up the sun and finish that book.
Back at the house, a private pool awaits for those nighttime swims. "Luckie Days" is perfect for large groups or families, with the Master bedroom and one guest bedroom, both furnished with queen beds, located on the first floor. Upstairs there is a bunk room furnished with two sets of bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on the top. A fourth guest bedroom furnished with a queen bed is also located on the second floor.
The best thing about "Luckie Days" is that it is located in a quiet family area but you are only 20 minutes away from the other more crowded "beach scene" if you chose. We are about 20 miles east of Destin and about 30 miles west of Panama City with airports and rental cars located at each city.
This is truly a great place to come with the kids or without them! You will love the Beach, the Location and our Home in Seagrove! We require half the rent to reserve the house and will invoice you the balance thirty days before your arrival.

This is a perfect spot for families! We enjoyed a week long stay at Luckie Days over the 4th of of July. We had 4 adults and 8 young children along...a Gang of 12! Everything was lovely. We had the perfect amount of space and the private pool was great...a definite plus The pool was well kept and a neighbor checked on it everyday. In addition to the beach, there is the benefit of the lake, which creates a shallow lagoon for the children. Plenty of bikes and kayaks available to rent, and great shopping nearby. You cannot beat this location!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a great vacation!!! This is our second year to spend our vacation week with our family at "Luckie Days" Beach Cottage and we had a wonderful time once again. The cottage has great facilities with everything we needed.We all enjoyed the beach, the children and grandchildren really enjoyed kayaking and canoeing in the lake and then late afternoon and evening was relaxing pool time for all of us!!! Great location and not far from shopping and dining out. Hope we can return to "Luckie Days" next year!!!

My family and I have stayed at Luckie Days for two years and we absolutely LOVE it!! It is super nice and clean. The pool/outside area is the perfect size!! The beach is just a short stroll away!! Unfortunately our family is continuing to grow and we are going to have to find a new vacation home!! =(
