NUESTRO CONDOMINIO TIENE IMPRESIONANTES VISTAS A LA PLAYA DESDE LA UNIDAD Y UNA DE LAS UNIDADES MÁS CERCANAS A NUESTRA PLAYA. ENVIARME UN MENSAJE PARA TARIFAS ESPECIALES. Este es uno de los condominios más grandes de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños completos en nuestro complejo y más cercano a la playa desde nuestra unidad. Muy espacioso y con todas las características del hogar. Visítenos y vea por qué la gente sigue regresando a nuestro condominio. Dunes of Seagrove tiene muchas comodidades que incluyen dos piscinas / jacuzzi / cancha de tenis / scana / sala de vapor / sala de ejercicios / sala de conferencias (opcional para alquiler) y parrillas para asar a la parrilla. Además, la playa está a solo unos pasos de algunas de las mejores playas. Nuestras vistas desde nuestro condominio son excelentes de la playa. También contamos con estacionamiento subterráneo y ascensores para facilitar el acceso a nuestro condominio.

Nuestra unidad es muy espaciosa, bien cuidada, limpia y está decorada 'playera'. Amplia sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana de 65 ", reproductor de DVD Blueray. Nuestra unidad también tiene wifi, así que traiga su computadora portátil y conéctese a Internet sin cargo. El dormitorio principal con TV de pantalla plana, segundo y tercer dormitorio tiene TV. La unidad cuenta con todas las comodidades con lavadora / secadora, cocina totalmente equipada y es para no fumadores sin mascotas. Nuestro complejo cuenta con estacionamiento subterráneo y desbordamiento para invitados adicionales. Hay parrillas cerca del área de la piscina. Tenemos 2 piscinas (una climatizada durante el invierno) y una bañera de hidromasaje. Y, por supuesto, nuestra hermosa playa a pocos pasos de nuestro condominio. Hay servicio de playa para Dunes of Seagrove a un costo nominal. El servicio se ofrece a través de la oficina principal de Dunes of Seagrove. Simplemente regístrese y todos los días se configuran y desmontan.

¡Tenemos algunas de las playas de arena blanca más hermosas y premiadas de los Estados Unidos! Disfrute del sendero para bicicletas de 17 millas en Scenic 30-A y un corto paseo desde el frente de nuestra playa hasta Deerlake State Park. Great Property

This is a wonderful property and a perfect location for those who enjoy just relaxing on the beach. Convenient to 30A and all shops and restaurants there. There is plenty of pool space and the grounds are well lit and maintained. I would highly recommend this location and hope to revisit in the coming years!

Great Stay, Easy access to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dunes of Seagrove. Property was exactly as described and access to the beach was so easy. We loved the view of the ocean from the patio deck. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the FL panhandle.

Great Spring Break!

The condo was fantastic, very clean, and had easy access to the beach. I loved the large, well stocked kitchen! The hosts were great and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this condo for a family vacation!

On the beach, clean, & great pools

As a family of four this place was spacious. The location was perfect and within short distances of all our favorite restaurants. The walk to the beach was very short and the beach service is super handy with little kids. Our kids loved the pools and hot tub too.

Great, Family Beach Experience

My family really enjoyed our stay. The property was very accommodating for four adults and three kids. We really loved the proximity to the beach. We came at a cool time of the year (spring break), so just appreciate that the hot tub is shared by the entire community. The property is a short drive to Rosemary Beach and Seaside which both offer lots of shopping.

Dunes for 6+1

The Dunes is a beautiful property with a great pool and easy access to the beach. Our unit had a beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the large porch before and after long days at the beach. Parking is convenient and we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location

Great Location on a beautiful beach. The condo was perfect for a family spring break. Just bring your own toiletries and toilet paper as they only provide a starter kit that will last you a day or two. Also, we had an issue with a fire alarm that started chirping at midnight and we could not turn it off. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep on the night before we had to check out by 9 a.m. Otherwise, this was a great stay.

Absolutely Wonderful

We all enjoyed staying in Barbara's home. It is beautiful and well appointed. Kitchen stocked with what was needed. Being so close to the beach and pool was great and the view !!! My family had 2 units at Dunes of Seagrove and always enjoy the location and quiet retreat. Barbara was gracious and helpful.

Memorial Day weekend

I cannot thank Barbara enough for letting us stay at her lovely condo for Memorial Day week. My family vacations yearly with another family. This place was perfect…easy to get to the pool and beach with two small children. Loved the amenities. Loved all the details in the contract and notebook. We had a wonderful time!

Better than expected

Loved the location! It’s right on the beach access and lovely views of ocean. The kitchen is large and well stocked! The entire condo was so perfect for our party of 6. Our other family members were jealous of the space and kitchen stuff. Master bath could be more updated, but very clean and spacious nonetheless. Would stay here again.

Well equipped condo on a beautiful beach

The condo is very spacious and well equipped and decorated. The outdoor patio is next to a road that receives quite a bit of traffic throughout the day isn't loud at all. The proximity to walk right out onto the beach was incredible along with the 2 large pools and hot tub (though only 1 pool is heated). We enjoyed our stay there and the only odd thing was the owner showing up unannounced while we were packing up to leave to sell a couple pieces of furniture. This happened right at checkout time which anyone with a family knows how chaotic that time can be. Overall though I'd highly recommend the property for anyone wanting to experience 30-A.

Great condo, perfect for us; grandparents, adult children, and 4 yo and 2yo. Hosts are really nice to work with. Kitchen remodel is great. Lots of room. Our 3rd time to stay here. We just love this complex. The two huge pools and easy, close beach access. Easy parking. Close to restaurants and grocery! What's not to love!

Great location and beautiful beach!

Loved our escape from the aftermath of Hurricane Ida! We left our hometown that was ransacked by Hurricane Ida to find some peace and a comfortable place to stay. This condo was perfect! The location is great. We rode our bikes to Hub30A. About 3 miles from Alys Beach one way and about 4 miles to Rosemary or Seaside. Private beach access with the option to rent chairs and umbrellas. Nice pool area with hot tub. The owner was very responsive and the condo was well appointed. I highly recommend!!!

Great Location

Unit was well maintained and kitchen is well stocked. The distance to pool and beach was excellent (less then 1 min walk and very few stairs). The view from the unit is wonderful but sitting on the deck can be a little noisy as you are right on the road. Elevator was out all week which was communicated by the host but still an inconvenience. Was hoping there could have been a little flexibility with check-out due to it being low season and elevator issue but request was denied. Overall I would recommend the unit.

No door code!

I never received the door code. I started emailing the owner around 6 AM. My 8 hour drive was spent trying to get the code. After countless emails and phone calls we finally got the code at 6:25 PM! Our check in time was 4:00! We had to wait over 2 hours past our check in time (with kids) to get in the condo after spending the entire day on the road. Very frustrating, an apology at the very least would have been appreciated.

I sent the Rupp's the code when they made their final payment, which is 30 days before arrival. From what I was told they didn't receive the code and I would think they would have called before they were on the road to our condo for the code. We received a call when they were within 2 hours of our condo. I was not at home at the moment and told them I would resend when I got home. Which I did and from what I was told they received when they arrived. At that time, I felt the situation was handled.

Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay!

I have to say that this was one of the nicest VRBO's we have stayed in for vacation! Barbara is a great host, and the condo is beautifully decorated and so spacious. The timing of our trip being the week after Christmas was probably not the greatest for weather, (being that it rained and was cold for most of the week! Having the garage and elevators from below the condo was a plus!) but we did have that gorgeous view of the beach and ocean from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! We did manage to get down to the beach a couple sunny days, and it is so nice to be literally right on the beach. The tennis courts were closed, as was the hot tub outside (for repairs..)which was dissapointing, but the kids did swim in the heated pool, which was almost as warm as a hot tub on these 40 degree days! We were so happy to find that the kitchen has ABSOLUTELY everything that you would need for cooking anything, even included both a coffeemaker AND a keurig! The linens and towels were all top quality, and the beds were so comfortable that noone wanted to get out of bed in the morning! We rented some bikes from the Big FIsh bike rentals, and they were delivered and picked up right from the garage below the condo without any fuss. Loved riding around the 30A area...lots to do in this charming Seagrove/Seaside area, even in the winter! There were alot of people coming down for the New Years Eve weekend, so it is still very popular at this time! Our host Barbara was quick to respond to any texts, and the only trouble we had, which was the door pin number wasn't working the very last hour as we were trying to leave, and she had it fixed within minutes. Thanks for the lovely stay! We would definitely come back again!

Beautiful Clear Water

Private beach and clear water was a plus for this comfortable and convenient getaway! Great host and location.
