We invite you to stay at our wonderful, tropical condominium at Kamaole Sands. Conveniently located on the ground floor in popular Building Three, you will be just steps away from the beautiful swimming pool, two hot tubs, and a wading pool. If the ocean is calling you, just a three-minute stroll through the beautiful grounds will lead you to the lovely Kamaole III Beach Park.
Our 818-square-foot condominium comfortably sleeps up to four people with a king-sized bed in the bedroom and we have added a new addition to our condo! Twin Murphy beds in the living room! These are regular sized super comfortable twin beds! So much more comfortable than the sofabeds! And very easy to open and close. Use one or two! They are great! We also just added a new flat screen t.v.
There is never congestion in getting ready for an evening out with two full bathrooms. If dining at home is on the agenda, the kitchen has all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils that you will need. The oversized, 166-square-foot tiled lanai has a lovely garden view and leads out to a nice grassy lawn.
We love Kamaole Sands with its beautifully landscaped grounds and fountains. We think you will find our condominium is very cozy and comfortable. We would be happy to have you as a guest!

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks in July 2011. Maui is one of our favorite destinations and we have been there many times, and often rent a condo in Kamaole Sands. This was the first time we rented a ground level suite, and loved this condo and have it bookmarked for future reservations! The twin murphy beds were extremely comfortable for our two kids and the master bedroom king size bedroom was excellent. The unit is very clean, kitchen well stocked. There is plenty of light in the unit. The lanai is huge which allowed us to all eat outside every night. The fully stocked closet of water goodies was a bonus and the close proximity to the pool was ideal! Hop skip and jump and you are at the pool gate! It was a quiet, relaxing, beautiful unit to stay in. We had one issue with the main hall toilet which was very quickly resolved by the owner and the employees at the Kamaole Sands. The owner was easy to reach and to speak with and very accommodating. This unit has tile floors throughout making it easy to sweep up sand, and not worry about dirty carpet. Furniture in the living room was comfortable. The property is beautifully kept and the staff warm and welcoming. The Wifii in the unit was easy to connect with a good signal. This will be our first choice for future stays and we would highly recommend it to anyone traveling as a couple, or with children or friends. Enjoy Hawaii!

We came for spring break to escape eburgs 30 degree weather - so glad we came here! We had so much fun relaxing by the pool w/clear blue skies & 80 degree weather :) tho we all got a little burnt but definitely worth it. The condo is gorgeous w/perfect location, right next to pool (and hot tub) w/short walk to beach. Thanks for having us, we all look forward to coming back again sometime soon.

Wonderful vacation, awesome location. Kids loved being so close to pool. Quick stroll from the lanai and "splash" we are cooled off. Thank you for the assortment of beach gear. Used them all the time. we are now professional boogie boarders "wave riders". Very comfortable and relaxing condo. Everyone so helpful, and excellent BBQ facilities. Thank you for a memorable vacation! We will be back!

Aloha from Maui!! Just sending you a quick note on our last night here to let you know what a fantastic holiday we've had and thank you so much for the use of your wonderful condo. The kids have had a blast and we met a great family from Seattle a few doors down which was an added bonus because their kids were about the same age and they all had so much fun together. When we go to Maui we always request this condo because of it's location, comfort, the way it's well equipped, and the large lanai which is unusual. Can't say enough good things about this condo. Nice people own it too. They will work with you.
