We had a wonderful stay in Kihei! The location was excellent and communication with the host was excellent. You do need to keep in mind that this is a budget friendly unit and so keep that in mind with your expectations. If I had the money I would rent a high end place. However, this is a unit I can afford so I would stay there again knowing that I am getting good value for my dollar

Centrally located

Convenient and centrally located condo, less than a block to a nice sandy and clean beach with 3 popular local restaurants right on the corner. It was a great stay and the price was right.

Great place!

Even though we had a few hiccups with the stay it was overall a great experience, just no AC and semi- old built, but super close to the beach! Host was super responsive and great! Had a great time!

Cheap and close to the beach

For the location and having space for 4 people, this place is a bargain compared to anything else we saw. It was so nice to have beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler at the unit. Nothing fancy, but can’t beat the price and overall clean!

Good value for maui

The place offers a lower price than almost anything comparable in the vicinity and is in a good location too. Just don’t expect luxury! It’s fine for those who need a comfortable place to sleep and eat some meals

Maui never disappoints

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. The host/management were super responsive and helpful when getting us settled when we arrived. As others have said the location is unbeatable. Best sunsets across the street at the beach.

1 bedroom condo seconds from beach

This condo is an excellent location, steps to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Includes all beach gear! Great pool, bbqs on site are cleaned regularly. Lots of parking. Beautiful grounds. Condo is excellent value for what you get

Best unit in the resort

The building is situated on a quiet, end of the street with nice breeze, people are friendly. Staff at the resort were helpful. The cool ocean breeze hits the end of that street and it moves to the direction of the condo. Sitting or having meals at the deck is a must.

Great location!!!

Great location! Everything necessary for life is there, not new but for a fair price. Roosters sing loudly in the morning, I advise you to have earplugs. Thank you very much, would come back again.

Great location, good value

This unit has a great location, a few minutes walk from the Kam beaches, it’s at the very end of the condo complex so plenty of light and view to beautiful flowers, bushes. The unit is a bit worn but well equipped, everything works, great value. Communication was easy.

Stay in paradise

Played golf and enjoyed the proximity to where we played. Hideabed was not to comfortable and the ceiling fan did not work in the bedroom. Management was quick to respond.

Perfect place for the evenings!

Overall it was clean, accurate listing, a little too warm for my family to stay during the day with the temps above 85 when with the fans going, we bought another stand fan for the bedroom so they could sleep a little more comfortable. Perfect place though to cook a quick breakfast and then get home around 10pm after spending the day out.

Pleasant stay, great location

Spent one week in this condo. Great location, nice pool area. The beach is steps away, several good restaurants very close. Grocery store within walking distance. Owner easy to reach and easy to communicate with, although we never got to meet him. Easy check in with lock box. Condo was clean, plenty of towels, etc. Kitchen was well equipped. The condo could use some updating and there is no air conditioning, but both of these issues were manageable. Nice stay.

A great place to stay on a budget

Me and my wife stayed here for about a week and it was overall a great experience. It’s important to note that this place doesn’t have an AC unit in it, but there are two electric fans. With the windows open and the fans blowing at night, my wife and I had no trouble sleeping and staying cool in the evening, but the place gets pretty during the day. There were also a lot of extra accommodations that were unexpected. In the closet, we found an air mattress and outside there is a chest full of beach stuff like some snorkeling kits and boogie boards. Overall, it was a great experience for the price.

Get away

For booking last minute, the place was OK. They cleaned everything before we got here but it is an older place with some issues. Not terrible but it could use some maintenance. But it has new carpet and it was clean.

Perfect Location and Lovely Condo

This condo is just a two minute walk from one of Maui's best beaches. We LOVED the location. It's also located really close to several of our favorite Kihei restaurants. We took Uber from the airport and really didn't need a car. The price is super affordable and really all you need for budget accommodations. The condo is very clean and the bed is comfy. The furniture and decor is all very dated and has no ambiance or matching decorations...but that's not why we go to Maui. If you are looking for fancy or how a place "looks" this may not be the spot for you. But I highly recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly spot that's clean and in a perfect location. Maui was wonderful as usual. Regrettably the condo was a disappointment.

The location was great and Ive stayed at KKN many times. The condo was in desperate need of an upgrade. The only chair in the living room was broken and was replaced by another very old used chair after 10 days. The unit was very dirty at checkin and everything needs replacement. breplaced.
