Our cabin has very comfy king bed on the main floor, a queen bed upstairs and a sleeper sofa on the main. Fully furnished. Cards and games are also provided. You will want to swing or rock on the porches every night and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
The crisp cool nights in summer months are refreshing. Highlands has incredible restaurants, unique shops, golf, skiing, hiking and waterfalls, all in the area.

My family and I enjoyed a stay back in '09 and returned June '11. We had a wonderful time! The home was very comfortable. The beds were cozy and clean and linens were readily available. It had everything we needed. The location was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the private porch, watching movies, and grilling out. During the day there were a variety of activities to choose from, hiking and rafting. The owners are very kind and made themselves available as needed. Although we had no complaints we found this a plus! We look forward to returning for a third time!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

We had a sisters getaway the weekend of June 17-19, 2011. It was wonderful!! Great place to stay. Close to town and other area attactions, especially the waterfalls. I woudl recommend it to anyone just wanting to get away from it all. Very relaxing and fun. Only 3 of us could go on this trip, hope to try a later date so all four can go.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed here in November and it was wonderful. It's peaceful and quiet, away from town, yet not too far. We went into town each day and also went back for dinner in the evening. We could have easily cooked there, but we decided to try out the local restaurants. I have recommended this place to friends and would like to go back as soon as I can get some time off of work. Thanks for a great weekend in the mountains!
