The spacious, well equipped penthouse apartment with terrific, uninterrupted views of the sea & mountains from either the open roof terrace or 'breakfast patio!. The apartment 5 minute’s walk from the beach which is supplied with sun loungers and palm shades. The Apartment is Air Conditioned (A/C Units provide heating during cooler times) in main lounge/diner and bedroom. Main bedroom is en-suite shower! A hand basin & W.C. also fitted. The family bathroom is fitted with a bath & shower over, W.C. & hand basin. Both en-suite & family bathroom have electrical (110/230v) sockets for electric shavers, toothbrushes etc. A large private terrace overlooks the sea, giving magnificent view of mountains. Terrace furniture comprises of table + 4 chairs, 4 loungers. An attractively sculptured & safe pool is at the rear of the Apartment and is one of 6 pools on this user friendly complex.
Additional information. -TBV + Apartment: It has come to my attention a new Bistro has opened not much more than five minute walk through the complex or the surrounding tarmac path. The Bistro has a good menu and an alcohol licence. The opening hours are from 08:00 until midnight. The Bistro is closed on a Monday.The Bistro does a take away service!
A small table and two chairs have been provided on the ‘breakfast room ‘veranda giving splendid views of the Mediterranean. These are well placed for you to enjoy the superb views of mountain and sea whilst have a refreshing drink or a meal. To sit on the roof terrace watching the evening sun setting over the clear blue sea is a delight to behold!

I wish to introduce myself Thomas Campbell and it is my aim to ensure your stay is as comfortable and trouble free as possible. I have endeavoured to make my apartment as user friendly as I can and I hope I have catered for all needs.
I trust you will enjoy yourself but unfortunately, like many establishments, I have laid down a number of simple rules to follow:
(1) No smoking within the Apartment. Please use ash trays provided on the patios or roof terrace.
(2) Be conscious of others on the Complex and respect their wanting to enjoy the peace of Turtle Bay Village.
(3) Treat the Apartment as you would wish yours to be treated.
Environmental awareness:: Please consider the environment:
(1) The Air Conditioning Units are very costly to run! It would be very much appreciated if common
sense was used when running the A/C Units and were run with windows and doors shut and turned to off
when Apartment is vacated.
(2) The hot water tank immersion heater is only necessary to be turned on for a maximum of one hour to give a
tank of hot water. In the summer months Solar Energy will be enough to give the tank the initial hot water
supply, especially for the evening.
(3) Turn unnecessary lighting and other electrical appliances to off when not being used.

- Children are very much welcome in what is a very safe and child friendly complex, it must be noted, access to roof terrace is via a spiral staircase which may not be appropriate to the very young, infirm or those who are a bit wobbly on their feet! 6 on site swimming pools. Communal barbecue areas near swimming pools Two Tennis Courts Basketball Court Gymnasium, indoor and out. Bistro - New Bistro opened. Enjoy a meal with fantastic views of the Med. The Bistro also provides a take-away service. The Bistro is closed on a Monday. Kings bar on Turquoise Bay is open for people from T.B.V. Apartment is 200 m from beach and beautiful Mediterranean sea. Approx 15 km from delightful Kyrenia town with its ancient horseshoe shaped harbour surrounded by delightful restaurants specialising in fresh fish caught daily! Unspoilt North Cyprus has much to offer with safe bathing to stunning scenery from the accessible mountain range. North Cyprus is more than an ordinary holiday resort. It gives the opportunity to relax in a typical Mediterranean atmosphere or for the more adventurous, there are activities ranging from diving to pot-holing, paragliding to painting, cruising to horse riding. About the owner: A little about myself. A family orientated chap who can boast of two grown up daughters who are very successful in their own right. Between them, they have produce two gorgeous grandchildren. Initially I was born in the North East, Cullercoats, but having served 21 years in the Royal Navy, (17 years as a Submariner) leaving in the rate of C.P.O. (Mechanical Artificer) I settled on the south coast. I am still working and own a number of one bedroom flats which supplement my meagre wage. I fell in love with the peace and tranquillity which is to be found in North Cyprus and am more than happy for others to enjoy this beautiful island! On my many visits to T.R.N.C. I can often be found on the challenging Golf Course, swimming in the sea or visiting the many historic sites that is when I am not just chilling by the pool or sunning myself on the roof terrace.

North Cyprus is what I believe Britain was during the 1950’s. The time when people were friendly and would ask you in for a cup of tea and a chat! There is no rushing around fretfully trying and failing to get things done! The site that is Turtle Bay Village is one of friendliness and helpfulness. The North Cypriot people are kind, very helpful and happy. No sullen ‘get out of my way’ attitude. English is widely spoken. The Cypriot people are more than happy to help. It is a rare mixture of the good parts of the ‘Western world’ and the good parts of the ‘Eastern world.’ coming together! Kyrenia Harbour is delightful place to sit and wile away the hours and not be disturbed by some drunken yobbos who thinks the world owes them a living!
