Villa Caretta is fully furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences, including strong Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property.

The villa can accommodate up to 11 guests in beds, with an additional guest on a futon bed and up to 2 more guests on the living-room sofas.

All windows are double-glazed and fitted with fly screens. They are also covered with one-way privacy film, preventing the interior from being seen from outside during daylight hours.

There is parking for up to 5 cars, including 3 spaces under pergola cover.

The private swimming pool is set within a lawned garden and enjoys uninterrupted views over the valley to the east and south. The pool area is completely secluded. The neighbouring villa is currently unoccupied and, in any event, has no direct view of the swimming pool or garden.

Perched on a hilltop with the spectacular Five Finger Mountains as its backdrop, Villa Caretta enjoys panoramic views towards Alagadi Turtle Beach, home to the famous Caretta Caretta loggerhead turtles. Widely regarded as one of the finest sandy beaches in Cyprus, the 3-kilometre stretch of public beach is less than one mile away and can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes.

To the west, just 3 km away, is the 5-star Elexus Resort, where visitors can enjoy luxurious facilities including private beaches, pier decks, swimming pools, restaurants, and an aqua park. Further east, approximately 6 km away, lies the Acapulco Resort, renowned for its long sandy beach.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the Korineum Golf & Beach Resort, located only 6 km away (approximately a 6-minute drive). The resort's beautifully maintained beach is one of the area's hidden gems and is open to non-members, offering all the facilities expected of a premier golf resort.

Beyond Korineum stretches the unspoilt Karpaz Peninsula, a protected nature reserve famous for its natural beauty and wildlife.
