Excellent in so many ways!!
"Such a nice comfortable home in a great location near to all that is Florence. A delight to be able to walk to all the must see sights and not worry about a parking space. The layout for two couples is perfect or any group needing two bedrooms. A large common area for all to gather, to eat breakfast, plan the day, relax and drink a glass of wine, discuss dinner and restaurants, listen to music. Previous guests have left numerous close by restaurants suggestions. We all suggest a restaurant just down the street-Trattoria Osteria. Niccolo meet us at the apartment and helped lug luggage - we were tired and he was gracious. He returned to send us off and called for two taxis to the train station. And, once again assisted with the baggage. Comfortable, well furnished, a real gem."

"Jacopo apartment is at a location that is central to everything. It is a simple short walk to Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Galleries, Palazzo Pitti, and the famous Florence Duomo. The owner and his father are kind and nice! They helped us settle in patiently when our flight got delayed significantly. The apartment is beautifully decorated and located at a very quaint historic area of Firenze. Nearby there are some great restaurants with very reasonable price. It could get a bit loud in the middle of hot summer nights because of AC condenser being inside the unit, as probably required by the city to maintain the pristine antique look of the buildings (we don't see condensers hanging outside the walls in any apartment in that historic area), however, it would be the same with any apartment in that beautiful historic area you stay. We had a good time staying at Jacopo. We could imagine that in Spring and Fall time that apartment would be a little gem."
