"Excelente cabaña con 3 cuartos, area comun de estancia en el centro de la casa muy amplia, y comodidad en todas sus areas. Decoracion sencilla pero muy confortable. Grandes ventanales para ver hacia el exterior."

"That you for sharing your cabin with us. We had an amazing time! This cabin sure stands up to its name of a treehouse because on the 2nd deck you are literally up in and over the trees. We went to the Tanto national bridge in Saturday and that was amazing as well. My sister and her family came up for the day and enjoyed the bridge with us as well. Who knew there was so much to do in pine. This is so a place where you can play and relax while seeing deer right outside of the cabin. Thank you again for sharing this beautiful cabin home with us!"

"We wanted to be right in Payson, rather than in the outlying areas like Christopher Creek. It was very quiet although it was located in town, in a shady residential cul-de-sac. The house is an older house that has been extensively renovated, especially the kitchen and living area. Most of the living area is upstairs, although our kids had fun playing pool in the large downstairs room. The house was very clean and well-maintained. We stayed for almost two weeks and the only thing that needed doing was replacing a light bulb (which we did with bulbs the owners had on hand). The washer-dryer and dishwasher worked like charms. The second floor deck was very pleasant. The price was quite reasonable for what we got. Our only complaint--minor--was that the bedrooms and living area were a little dark for reading (we read a lot), especially at night. A floor lamp in the living area and maybe a table lamp or two would fix that. Overall I'd give it a good thumbs-up!"

Wonderful, Comfortable, and Quiet Home in a Nice Location!
"This is is one of nicest rental homes I have experienced. The home is clean, modern, well-appointed, quiet, and conveniently located both to downtown Prescott and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The hilltop views and serenity are excellent and the owners make you feel like you are part of their family while offering privacy and respect. It is a big plus that they allow pets, even a big ol' Flat Coated Retriever such as ours. The fireplace, tile floors, and granite counter tops were nice and welcome touches, and the western decor is appropriate and tasteful, including the homages to "The Duke", John Wayne. Keep your eyes open for the abundant quail and occasional javalina around the home! The rate per night is quite fair, too. All in all, very highly recommended if you are in the area and I know you will enjoy your stay!"
