  • We'll be back!!!

"A small and quiet resort. Small property with a big personality. Everyone was so nice and made us feel at home. We met some people and made new friends. We were on the third floor and while that made it hard on some of us "sea level" people, once we got settled it was wonderful. The unit felt bigger since we had vaulted ceilings in this particular unit. The unit was very clean and well stocked with kitchen inventory as well as pillows and blankets. We did not lack in anything. The living room and master bedroom had flat screen TV's and we had a gas fireplace which really added to the experience. The hot tub in the unit was a real bonus. We rode the shuttle bus to the ski area and it drops you off close to the ticket offices and lifts. Otherwise you have to park and walk. They have pay parking which is closer and probably more convenient to some but we chose to ride the shuttle which picked us up right in front of the property. They ran real close to being on time. Coming back from the ski area took some time and so did going to the area, but we enjoyed not having to deal with parking and walking. There were only 3 trails open, but we enjoyed our time together and made the most of it. We rented ski equipment from the Ski Broker which is located in Fraser on the bus route and were treated very well by the crew there. We recommend dining at Carver's in Winter Park (they have an awesome philly) and the Crooked Creek Eatery in Fraser (they have wonderful fish and chips) Jon and Tammy manage Indian Peaks and we feel our vacation turned out so well because of the outstanding customer service they provided. They went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. Thank you to you both. Hopefully the next time we come out to Colorado there will be more snow. We will be back!!!!"

  • Another great week in Winter Park...

"This unit was exactly as the owner claimed. It was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed, and conveniently located. One of the nicest features is that it faces the Continental Divide and offers a great view in the morning. Over the past 12 years we've stayed in 5 different units in this building (some multiple times) and I think with the morning view, this is one of the nicest. We'll be back!"

  • Perfect Location!

"We rented this unit and, wow! Being so close to the slopes was awesome! Everything you might need is near by and just a short walk away--perfect for the family. The EasySki service winter park lodging company provided made booking lift tickets, rentals and setting up lessons for the kids a breeze."

  • Home away from Home

"This attractive and affordable two bdrm unit was all that was promised and more. We have stayed at Beaver Villiage Condos many times before, but this was our first VRBO experience. The unit was very clean, well-stocked with household neccessities and as comfortable as our own home. We had some minor problems when we arrived on a Sat. evening, but a quick phone call and even quicker response took care of all that. Our one "vacation experience" [there's always at least one], a plumbing situation was responded to and corrected within the day without our involvement after the notifying phone call. All in all a warm and wonderful three weeks we will remember and cherish for years to come. We'll be back!"
