  • Great vacation place

"What a great vacation home to stay in. The rooms are great and very clean. We love that it has a private beach. Overall it was such a lovely and fun vacation. We would love to come back soon."

  • Great unit

"This is a lovely unit with many nice updated features. Siesta Breakers is positioned so almost all units have a nice view of the gulf. Directly across the street are a small market, restaurant and marina. #307 has a wonderful view of the beach and lovely sunsets. The owner added so many nice touches in addition to new furnishings. They have tons of towels and sheets, beach towels, toys for kids, games and umbrellas. The building offers chairs on the beach. Our only downside was the fact that construction was going on. The pool looked nice; however we couldn’t use it because of the work and noise. Overall, it is a great location!"

  • Family GETAWAY

"We could not get over how totally and completely SATISFIED we were with our family's vacation! We cannot express our family's gratitude to this owner for his flexibility and understanding during a very difficult family loss and tragedies. Okay, enough said about non-vacation related topics....but just letting y'all know that this owner was GREAT to "deal" with! TRULY! We pulled in to the gated security booth, spoke with the guard exchanging pleasantries, pulled in to the garage, found our parking space for the week, went up the elevator to our floor, opened the door to an AMAZING space! "OUR" place for the week was simply GORGEOUS! We loved the open feeling, the kids loved their accommodations....our daughter LOVED her OWN bed and bath suite to the left, our son and his friend ADORED their man-cave to the right (easy to please AND the bedroom was AWESOME!) They shared their bathroom with no one as we all had our "own" spots to do our "business"! LOL....Seriously, this space was just PERFECT! The condo's location was PERFECT for the evening when we would sit out on the lanai overlooking the inlet and docks while the kids were just downstairs enjoying the pool below that was their OWN for the evenings. We could hear everything they said and did as we relaxed. We cooked "in" almost every night. We went to nearby shopping areas to hit Publix and Target for some needed ingredients for a well-stocked, well-equipped, extremely-clean kitchen and dining space. All the meals were even more 'tasty" after days at nearby Vanderbilt Beach, drives to Marco Island for the beach, shopping trips and movies at Mercato Shopping Plaza, Lowdermilk Beach with fishing pier (in ALL pictures of Naples, Florida advertisements easy parking and GORGEOUS!) We spent one day renting a boat and we all loved coming back to "home" for a much needed afternoon NAP! (You know the "vacation" naps that feel so GOOD! Aaaaaah!) The main pool served as a watery football field for our multiple games of catch, we included anyone and everyone who wanted to join in! We just had so much fun and hope to return one day to "our place" in Naples, Florida! Thanks, Kurt"

  • A great experience in every way!

"This is one of the best winter vacation decisions we've ever made. The owner of the property was very considerate in dealing with us. The quality of the property was up to its description, the staff was great, the restaurant was quite good, and the beach was wonderful. We liked the community. The cost of food in the local grocery stores was much more reasonable than we had expected. This condo is a great value in a location where such things are very difficult to find."
