"OK, I don't know if I should write a review about this place or the two wonderful owners, Deb and Angus. I've rented many accommodations from VRBO and other sites, but my wife and I have never had as pleasant of an experience as we did with Deb, Angus, and there home. We were greeted by Deb and Angus out on the street for a helpful orientation of parking and the beautiful, safe neighborhood. From there we got the tour of the building, and the rental. They went out of their way to make us feel like this was our home. After we parted ways, they showed back up with some goodies from the local deli to get us started. Who does that!? They did. My wife and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and after an exhaustive search on VRBO this seemed like the right place for us. I couldn't have imagined how pleased I was going to be at the time I booked. I hope to keep in touch with Deb and Angus as friends. That's the kind of people they are. So, if you're looking for a place in Boston, no worries about what you're getting here. You won't be disappointed. Thanks my friends!"

"My family of 4 visited Boston for the first time and we were delighted to find the accommodations beyond our expectations. This location on Beacon St. was beautifully situated within walking distance of Boston Commons, The Prudential Building, Fenway and a walk along the Charles River. This was a much better option than a hotel.
The condo was larger than I expected and had one private room, pull out bed and air mattress available. We did not cook much but the kitchen was well equipped. There is a corner market down the street that has many convenience items and stays open until midnight. I will rent this again.
Pros: Location, safe area, large bedroom and living space
Cons: Extremely small bathroom, air conditioner wall unit in bedroom blew in your face (The cons would never prevent me from recommending this location.)"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. It was a great apartment and very comfortable. It was clean and bigger then we anticipated with a full kitchen . The bedrooms , although small had very comfortable beds and the air condition unit in the living room was powerful enough to cool the space in just a few minutes.
The location was perfect with a 2 minute walk down to the water. As well as a two minute walk to Hanover street which is bustling with restaurants , and a block from the Paul Revere house which is located along the freedom trail . Also easy access to subways and very close walk to Quincy market and aquarium area which has a nice park and green space , a nice area in the mornings to grab a cup of coffee and relax.
Note that it is a 3 story walk up , but if you don't mind the stairs then most definetly worth it! All in all we really had no complaints."

"We visited Boston for just over 2 months for work and were really lucky to have found this place to stay! The location was perfect for us. It was a neat experience to stay in the quaint and charming Beacon Hill neighbourhood. We could walk everywhere we needed and wanted to go. Whole Foods is a 3 minute walk away for groceries and pre-prepared meals, there are numerous pharmacies nearby for essentials, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby as well. Over our stay we walked to nearly all of the Boston "must see" places and landmarks from here. It is also close to several "T" stations (subway) for transportation. We were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped the place was, even for our long term stay, and even through the snowiest winter in Boston's history! It has everything you need for bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen as well as books, games, TV, and Netflix to keep you entertained in case you get snowed in (otherwise go out and explore the beautiful historic surroundings!) It is a clean, well kept, beautiful unit on the fourth floor. We knew before we arrived that there would be no elevator but managed the stairs just fine, even hauling our 3 month old son and all of his gear up and down. I would definitely not let this deter you from staying in this little Beacon Hill gem. It's location truly can't be beat. I feel we got a true Boston experience staying here and I would highly recommend it to others!"
