The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, crockery, and glassware.

HOW TO GET
From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas): Take Line 8 in the direction of Nuevos Ministerios and, once there, transfer to Line 6 in the direction of Lucero. Get off at the Cuatro Caminos station and, once there, transfer to Line 1 in the direction of Valdecarros. Get off at the Antón Martín station and walk to the address provided.
From Atocha: Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín. Get off at the Antón Martín station and walk to the address provided.
From Chamartín: Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros. Get off at the Antón Martín station and walk to the address provided.
If you come by car, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to drive and where to park.
HOW TO MOVE AROUND
The closest metro stations are Antón Martín (Line 1) and Sol (Lines 1, 2, 3 and Renfe commuter trains, very useful if you come from the airport by metro or suburban trains).

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
