Complejo Casas de Bermudillo, is a rural pasture that is located in Martiherrero just 8 minutes from the city of Avila, in it the visitor is surprised by the perfect harmony that exists between the comfort of its facilities and the natural environment in the that is found.
It consists of three houses that are inside a garden of 4,000 m. with indoor pool, barbecue, wood oven, doll house, dance floor, trampoline, pingpong tables, playground .... it is not obligatory to rent all, only the House I is obligatory, the rest would be empty, the complex is rented exclusively to a single group.
The dehesa is a hunting area of 14 hectares that has: soccer field, beach volleyball court, farm animals, zip lines, bike circuits ....
CASA I:
An old house of work of more than 150 years gives shelter to a place of rest and enjoyment that contains all the comforts that you could wish for. A quiet library room where you can enjoy a good read, the cellar, where you can enjoy a good wine or a tower-viewpoint from which you will have beautiful views of Ávila, are some of the options that you will love.
HOUSE I: 5 rooms + 1 large library + 1 living / dining room + 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen.

HOUSE II: 1 room with 1.35 bed + 1 dining / kitchen with double sofa bed + 1 bathroom.

House III: 2 bedrooms with five bunk beds each + two full bathrooms + a living / dining room.

EXTERIOR ROOM: where you can meet the entire group to: eat, dine, dance, listen to music ... the total capacity is 100 pax, has everything, music, refrigerator, tables .... , it is heated only with firewood.
