Located on the first floor of a one-storey complex with shops on the ground floor, this studio can accommodate 2 adults and a young child or teenager and also a baby (cot or bars). It is a large room of 45m2 resulting from the transformation of an art gallery, crossing East (2 windows) -Ouest (a French window with balcony of 4m2 overlooking a very quiet garden of 1200m2 in front of the police station. police). We really enjoyed our holiday in this small, but superbly designed apartment. It was really well equipped, with everything one could want. The small balcony and the good air conditioning were very useful in the hot weather. The apartment is well located only 10-15 minutes to the beach and close to shops, bars and restaurants, Finally, our hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming.

Wonderful owners. The apartment is beautiful and functional. Located near the old town and many bus stations--buses can take you to the train station or beach. A bakery is across the street and grocery stores in a few minutes walk. The owners are so nice that they even have a stroller with a bag for groceries. We would love to stay here again:)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, die Lage ist perfekt für in das Städtchen und für an den Strand. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die einzigen Probleme die wir hatten waren mit der Toilette, aber da konnten uns die Vermieter sofort weiterhelfen und das Problem beheben. Logement très bien situé où tout est pensé

Très agréable séjour dans ce studio qui fait parfaitement l’affaire pour un couple et un bébé ! Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires avec petit cadeau de bienvenue. Tout est bien aménagé et pensé. Le côté chambre donne sur une rue passante assez bruyante même la nuit, mais tout est question d’habitude (le double vitrage fait le nécessaire). Le côté salon est plus calme et donne sur un petit balcon. La cabine de douche dans le côté chambre est déroutante au premier abord mais on s’y fait très vite. Le mobilier est récent et design. Coin canapé et télévision. Climatisation très appréciable en cas de grosses chaleurs. Literie composée de deux petits lits séparés et d’un canapé convertible. Un des petits lits grince un peu lorsque l’on bouge la nuit mais on se rendort très vite. Une personne de 1m90 rentre parfaitement à l’intérieur. Logement très bien situé : * vieille ville à 5mn à pied * supermarché Intermarché à 2mn à pied * petites boutiques éparpillées dans les rues aux alentours * station de bus à 5mn à pied * gare SNCF à 10mn à pied * Juan les pins à 20mn à pied Gros plus très appréciable : une place de parking garantie dans un parking couvert QPark à 2mn à pied. Le propriétaire remet une carte d’abonnement en début de séjour pour une utilisation illimitée du parking. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Die FeWo ist in der Nähe der Altstadt von Antibes. Sehr gut war der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz ganz nahe der Wohnung. Für zwei Personen optimal. Küche hatte alles was man so benötigt. Wir wurden sehr nett von den Vermietern Eva und Lean Louis empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Waren sehr zufrieden mit allem

L'appartement est vraiment sympa et fonctionel. Parfaitement dimensionné pour notre trio (maman + 2 enfants). L'emplacement est formidable, au centre de Antibes avec gare, plages, quartier de la movida "Antibienne" accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Propriétaire très disponibles et sympas. Sachant que j'étais sans voiture, ils sont venus nous chercher à la gare à notre arrivée et de même pour le retour. J'ai vraiment apprécié leur gentillesse. Je recomande fortement.
