This villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms. The master bedroom has en-suite. The open plan living area is light, spacious and well furnished, with patio doors leading onto the terrace, where there is seating area, and rear garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining area, with electric built in fire and ceiling fans. There is a large roof garden with sun lounges and chairs with lovely views over the sea and surrounding areas. To the front of the villa there is a drive for parking. To the rear of the villa there is direct access to a lovely communal pool. There is air condition units in all the main rooms. This villa is in a great location, it is well equipped and furnished to a good standard. It is ideal for all ages with easy access to all local amenities.
Golf in Paphos: Four golf courses operate on the island: 1. Tsada golf club: The club is situated near Tsada village 20 minutes drive. It is 18 hole golf course. 2. Secret Valley golf club: It is located 18km east of Paphos. 3. Aphrodite Hills: A 18-hole international golf course located near the birthplace of Aphrodite. Also available is 3 hole course.4. Elea Golf Club newly opened end of 2010, only a 10min drive from center of Paphos, on the Airport road. There is also a driving range and mini golf for the kids located on the main road between Coral Bay and Paphos.
Some of the local attractions are a Water park , a Zoo at Coral Bay, Ice skating, Go-Karting, Boat trips, Snorkeling, Fishing, Coastal walks, Ancient Ruins, cinema's, winery's, Trodoos Mountains, Akamas and the fishing village of Latchi/Polis.

Excellent property - exactly as advertised
3 story property with outside ground space and upstairs rooftop
Downstairs incorporates open plan lounge, dining room, toilet and kitchen
Dishwasher & washing machine available, with ample kitchen devices, cutlery and plates etc
Internet access available - allowing access to English TV / Films.
Outside space includes private terrace with 2 sunbeds, table and 4 chairs - allowing instant access to infinity swimming pool and c100 yards from sea.
1st floor incorporates two bedrooms - main double with en suite with twin bedroom having access to seperate bathroom. Beds are extremely comfy
Upstairs provides rooftop terrace, housing 2 x sunbeds plus seatee and two chairs. Great venue to watch the sunset over the sea whilst enjoying a cold beer
The property is modern, well maintined and extremely clean. All appliances work with numerous spare plugs available
Welcome pack of water, milk, bread and butter was well received and a nice gesture - especially as we arrived late evening
Carol visited to show how the amenities worked - being at the end of a phone if anything else was required.
Having two boys aged 8 & 10 we did find hiring a car was beneficial - as walking to nearby bus stop in the excellent heat was tiring for them
Having a car provided good access to local amenities with Coral Bay / Water park c10 min drive
Nearest Beach c5 min drive - St Georges. Great beach / facilities for children, with lagoon allowing safe access for snorkling & swimming. Water Sports available with great fun enjoyed as a family on the Jet Ski's and "Doughnut"
Hotel facilities at St Georges were accessible - with 2 pools enjoyed along with water polo and volleyball, where non residents were included.
St Georges offers good beach / sea facilities - with access near apartment lacking the sophistication of this purpose built facility
Local bar nearby - Dimmi's Bar - extremely friendly. Shop located nearby, within Atki Village, providing basic facilities. 5 min drive to Lidl allows greater selection.
Car hire provides convenience, abeit buses run every 15 mins giving access to all areas (1.5 euro single trip - 5 euro day pass)
Taxi into Harbour 10 euro's - return 10-14 euro's
Road out towards Coral Bay provides access to good beaches and cafe's - where pool facilities at Sunset Hotel / Cafe were enjoyed.
Paphos Waterpark provided a great day out - entarnce for 4 c £60 with c £30 spent within the facility on food and drinks

The given description absolutely corresponds with the actual state but the given pictures unfortunately not... as the villa interior and its surroundings in fact look even better! :)
The villa is spacious but very cosy and pleasantly furnished. It is fully equipped, tidy and simply makes you feel like at home :) Beyond reproach!
Tolles Haus mit Traumterrasse und Meerblick von allen Zimmern
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt in einer schönen Anlage direkt am Meer. Man hat von allen Zimmern aus Blick aufs Meer und vor allem von der Dachterrasse aus ist es ein Traum. In der Umgebung von Paphos kann man viel anschauen. Es gibt allerdings wenig Sandstrände direkt in der Nähe, diese sind aber gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Nutzung der Klimaanlage/Heizung kostet extra (5€/Tag). Ist kein Problem, sollte man nur wissen.

Whilst Air-conditioning is an extra charge its clearly stated on the website under Prices see or prices additional costs. always important to read all the information on the website before booking.

This villa is part of an exclusive sea front development which provides fantastic sea views and stunning sunsets. There is also the convenience of being located only minutes from Paphos with its shopping centres and everything you need. The coastal path passes right below the villa and is ideal for walking (in either direction) and exploring the many coves and small beaches. This luxury villa is located in one of the most popular area's of Paphos, just off the main Tomb of the Kings road between Paphos and Coral Bay. Paphos international airport is only a 20 min drive. The old town and daily market is nearby. Paphos famous fishing harbor is only 10 min drive away, where you can sample one of the fine restaurants, or book one of the various boat trips. Shops, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, car hire are all within 5 min drive or a pleasant stroll along the coastal path. Local buses run frequently throughout the day in the summer. The bus stop is just a 10 minute walk away. Close by is the Tombs of the Kings famous historical site, and for the more adventurous hire a 4x4 and head up to the Troodos Mountains, and experience the breathtaking views, and enjoy the hospitality of the local Cypriots, visiting various Monasteries and Winery's along the way. Coral bay beach is a 15min drive away. For golf lovers a driving range and mini golf the kids is a 5 min drive, there are also 4 golf courses all within a 30 min drive. Water park is situated nearby.
Additional information about rental rates
Air con is available in all rooms, we have found it necessary to charge separate for these, in order to keep down the cost of renting the villa, therefore giving guests an option of using them if required. The charge for this is €5.00 per unit per day payable locally on arrival. Guests can choose how many units they would like. Please note check in is after 3.00 pm, Departure before 11.00 am Late checkout is a possibility please request at time of booking
