This magnificent apartment of approximately 75mÂČ is situated in the prestigious building Grand Hotel. From the large 2nd floor terrace, facing east, you will be enchanted by the lovely view over the gardens, Croisette and beaches.
The terrace is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy your meals outside.
The beaches, shops and restaurants are immediately accessible on foot. The Palais des Festivals is only a short 4 minute walk away.
The apartment is furnished with taste and very well equipped. WIFI, TV, IPOD.
The spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom has 2 single beds. There are 2 double sofa beds in the living room.
The kitchen has everything you may need to prepare your meals + washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave.
Lovely bathroom with shower enclosure. Seperate WC.
Linen is not included but can be hired with prior arrangement.
