The living room opens onto the lovely spacious terrace where you can sit out and enjoy your meals “al fresco” .The terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers leads to the garden .
FIRST FLOOR: 2 double bedrooms with balcony and air conditionig, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning, 1 bathroom.

The villa is provided with AIR CONDITIONING ,INTERNET WiFi connection ,TV SAT. The Fenced garden ,safe for children, has 2 covered parking spaces, pedestrian gate and gate automatic driveway. The garden is also equipped with table, chairs, a gazebo and a barbecue. The house is ideal for those who love the sea, the mountains and the cities of art, in fact, the entire coast offers fun and entertainment to its guests, while the interior will amaze you with nature, culture, history, traditions and art.

Eine wunderschöne Villa

Schon der erste Eindruck war besonders, das Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten, war ausserordentlich sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlt an Nichts, alles war reichlich für sogar mehr als sechs Personen vorhanden. Die Küche ist ein Traum, mit allem was man sich wünscht technisch (Gasofen, Umluftherd, Mikrowelle, großer blitzblanker Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und viele Kleingeräte) und in der gesamten Ausstattung. Zwei Badezimmer sind ideal bei 3 Schlafzimmern. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und der Garten sehr schön angelegt. Um die Ecke sind ein täglich geöffneter Supermarkt, Restaurants, Eisdiele und andere Annehmlichkeiten. Man kann zentral über die Autobahn die Toskana erkunden, das Meer geniessen oder auf der Terrasse die Ruhe geniessen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Wir haben 2 sehr erholsame Wochen hier verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.
