It has three double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, utility room and bathroom.
It is a 10 minute walk from the sea and 5 from the Carrara Fiere exhibition complex

The house has been recently renovated and equipped with all comforts including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
The access from a private road and its position overlooking the fascinating Apuan Alps protect the villa from the noise pollution of the city allowing the guest to spend a stay in complete tranquility and serenity.

The guest has at their disposal a lovely patio with a barbecue for outdoor dining and a parking lot adjacent to the entrance where you can park your car comfortably.

We are not resident in the villa but we are still at your disposal for any need

Each guest is provided with bed linen and towels.

The house is located in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood with grocery stores and bars nearby. Other commercial activities are located in the city center which can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The sea and the beaches are easily reachable on foot in about 10 minutes, by bicycle or by car which can be parked near them.
The strategic position of the city allows you to discover not only local beauties such as the Marble Quarries but also all those cities that gravitate around it such as Forte dei Marmi, La Versilia, Le Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa and Florence.

The house is easily accessible from the “Carrara” exit of the A12 Genova-Livorno motorway.
Nearby airports: Pisa (about 50 km), Genoa (about 130 km), Florence (about 120 km).
Nearby there is a bus stop that leads to the Carrara-Avenza railway station, otherwise reachable in 10 minutes by car.
