Carrigmore Farmhouse is a 300-year-old, Failte Ireland-approved 3-star accommodation located between the Galtee Mountains in County Tipperary and the hills of Doon in County Limerick. Surrounded by peaceful farmland, it's an ideal base to explore local historic sites, castles, abbeys, hiking trails, and fishing spots. A playground for children is nearby, and several golf courses are within reach.

Guests receive a complimentary welcome pack, with pantry essentials like tea, coffee, milk, and snacks. Popular dining options, including Junction Bistro and Hayes Restaurant, are within 10 km.

The farmhouse is conveniently located: Shannon Airport 61 km, Rock of Cashel 32km, 15 minutes from Limerick Junction Railway Station, Rosslare harbour 2.30 hours, Dublin Airport 2 .15 hours, Limerick city 30 minutes approx, Tipperary town 15 minutes approx.

Carrigmore Farm is a great touring base, with attractions like Adare golf course less than 40km, Rock of Cashel 32km, Bunratty Castle 51km, Lough Gur 28km, and King John's Castle 35km. Clare Glens 25km, Limerick Junction 12km offers train services to Dublin, Limerick, Cork, and Galway.

The farmhouse features blackout curtains in three ground-floor bedrooms and includes utilities (electricity, timber, and coal) at no extra charge. There is no cleaning fee. Minimum stay: 3 days; maximum stay; 24 days. A car is necessary.

Loved staying here. Tom, the host, was full of great ideas about what to visit. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. The location was great as we could get anywhere in Southern Ireland with ease. So easy to find using Google maps and the postcode. It was so quiet at night compared to where I live.

Such gracious hosts Tom and Tina. The home was well eqip with everything we needed. Quaint farm area with beautiful surrounding property. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Bonus was the ability to do laundry. Tom gave us a history of the house and what to do locally! This made our stay even better. Thank you!

Very neat, quaint, and charming home settled out in the country away from the busy life.We used this as home base to branch out and explore SE Ireland.Property owners live very nearby and popped over a couple times for pointers, quality assurance, and to answer any questions. We miss it already! We had such a lovely stay. Tom and Tina couldn’t have been better hosts opening up the farmhouse to us. The home had so much charm and captured the experience we were looking for. No word of a lie, you couldn't find a better place to stay in all the world. Tom was so welcoming and kind. He went above and beyond to give us a true Irish experience. He is incredibly knowledgable about the area (and beyond) and will be able to guide you to some incredible sights you wouldn't know about otherwise! We enjoyed our stay at Carrigmore. Plenty of room for us 5 having a girls trip. Spent our days traveling to spots around the country then coming home to make a nice dinner and get some sleep for the next day. Tom was a great host and attentive to all our needs.
