The apartment was perfectly prepared, cozy and clean. Due to the large, secure terrace on the ground floor, it is also suitable for families with children. Pets are welcome. Our dog willingly spent nights on the terrace, he loved it. Scalea is charming, the surroundings with the natural national park fascinating. Trips (by car, bus or train) to San Sosta, Diamante, Tropea, ..., are unforgettable. The owner of the apartment is a friendly, communicative, dedicated, helpful and very kind man. The overall impression of the apartment and the stay in charming Calabria is extremely positive.

Struttura alloggiativa nel complesso soddisfacente seppur necessiterebbe distinti lavori per ripristino efficienza funzionale (inflissi in legno esterni e maniglie di chiusura sulle aperture di balconi e finestre senza blocco - scalino bagno/doccia da realizzare) nonchè disinfezione di formiche affioranti e visibili quoidianamente sotto il piano cottura. Posizione alloggiativa geograficamente buona distante soltano pochi Km da affascinanti localià marine. Host di personalità accomodante e disponibile al dialogo o ad evenuali esigenze pesonali. Vacanza da ripetere solanto per avversià climatiche imperverse.

Basta poco

Siamo rimaste deluse per la pulizia dell'appartamento... Polvere, cose degli affittuari precedenti. È un appartamento tenuto in cattivo stato... Muffa, intonaco che si stacca, persiane che non si chiudono e da rifare. Il letto a castello è precario. Non ci sono condizionatori e fa caldo. È un peccato davvero, perché la posizione è ottima e la metratura della casa potrebbe essere giusta per due, massimo 3 persone. Basta poco per rendere l'appartamento accogliente e ben vivibile da subito.

Sehr netter Vermieter, alles perfekt außer die Lage des Hauses, positiv man hat seine Ruhe, weil es auf einem Berg ist, jedoch auch negativ, weil es nur mit einem Auto zu erreichen ist und auch nicht zum Strand zu Fuß gehen kann. Aber sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden mit allem, sehr weiterzuempfehlen, wenn man ein Auto hat.

Purtroppo per come sono abituato io non sono rimasto contento, il proprietario è una persona disponibile ma il suo appartamento non è assolutamente all'altezza, doccia che allaga tutto il bagno completamente sprovvisto di pentole ed accessori vari per cucinare non un vassoio dove appoggiare le pietanze, spazi veramente ristretti addirittura sedie pieghevoli insomma secondo me completamente da rivedere, e purtroppo anche , strada e zona sono veramente da ristrutturare, anche se questo non dipende dalla proprietà. Per fortuna la Riviera dei Cedri è bellissima.

Ottima esperienza

Soggiorno superiore alle aspettative. Alloggio situato nella zona collinare lontano dal traffico ma a pochissimi minuti dal centro, posizione ideale per raggiungere le spiagge più belle. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e senza problemi, dovuto anche alla cordialità e disponibilità del proprietario. Spazio esterno molto apprezzato. Da ripetere, lo consiglio.
