We´re a legalized apartment registered in the oficial Generalitat Valenciana´s Register for Touristic Apartments. We keep the Law and the requirements to rent the apartment.

The apartment is fully equipped with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 comfortable living room with a big sofa and a big TV. Kitchen is full equipped including microwave and washing machine, toaster, etc. Ideal for families.

You don't need to buy a property in Spain in order to enjoy the sun and the beach in a nice and comfortable accommodation. Special fares for long stays are available. Consult the calendar.

El barrio

Cala de Finestrat is a corner in the Benidorm area ideal for families, it´s a lovely calm area 10 minutes by bus to the center of the City. Come to enjoy Benidorm in the summer with your family without the problems of a big city and its advantages. There´re so many familiar restaurants and shops in the area however, if you want to enjoy the center of Benidorm, you can get there by bus in 10 minutes, if you want to enjoy the beach this modern apartment and the calm area is perfect to do it.

Cómo moverse

Cala de Finestrat is an area quite well comunicated by car or by bus. The access to the highway is easy and it´s perfectly well comunicated to the center of Benidorm and the Alicante-Elche airport.

We can help you booking a shared door to door low cost transfer from the Airport and to the airport, receive your tickets directly in your home before travelling to Benidorm. Language won't be a problem.

Free private parking is available to the hosts.

There´s a public Hospital about a couple of kms from the apartment.

Otros aspectos destacables

Although the apartment is ideal for coming to the beach all the year, in the winter it's an amazing area specially for those families living in the northern whom wants to stay a few days, weeks or even months in an urban warm quiet and calm area so close to the beach, letting away the cold.

The apartment is fully equipped so you only need to come and to enjoy it.
