House T3 very well located (UPON THE BEACH), 30m from the crosswalk that gives direct access to Praia da Alagoa / Altura does not need to use the car to go to the beach, 200m of tennis and leisure.
This villa has 3 bedrooms (one suite with double bed, one bedroom with double bed and one room with two bunk beds plus two single beds) and 1 common toilet on the ground floor a living and dining room, a kitchen and 1 wc.
Guests have use of the garden and living space for outside dining with barbecue and barbecues, outdoor shower, 2 parking spaces.
