Located in the beach resort of Fontane Bianche, Villa Tana is an independent sea-facing villa for four people. Fontane Bianche is considered one of the most popular beach resorts in the Syracuse area as it alternates sandy beaches with picturesque rocky coastlines.

Villa Tana (90 sqm) is a two-storey house.

As you enter the property through few steps, you find an open plan living area equipped with fireplace and sat TV, kitchen (with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, toaster,) and dining area, one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet with WC. Through a staircase you reach the second level that comprises one double bedroom equipped with air conditioning and 2 single bedrooms (one of them with air con).

Outside area: exotic garden area with a veranda overlooking the sea, perfect for alfresco meals.

Facilities: BBQ outdoor kitchen, air conditioning in the living room, double bedroom and one single bedroom, sat TV, internet WIFI, fridge/freezer, washing machine, ironing facilities, mosquito screens on all windows.

Public parking close to the property. Car recommended.
