There is also a cafe, bar and restaurant on site with the option to enjoy a daily breakfast service there if guests wish. There are plenty of other local restaurants within walking distance along with a small supermarket, ice cream shop, local village store. For the more active guest, you can walk to tennis courts and water sports hire.

Inside, this apartment rental in Italy is located on the second floor of the building and is accessed via a lift. There are also stairs if you prefer.

You enter into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The sleek, cream kitchen units contrast with the green sofa and overall the impact is welcoming and modern. There is also a dining table seating four. This apartment rental in Italy also boasts a good sized double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Please note that there is a compulsory energy fee of 50 euros per stay which is to be paid locally in cash on arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Maccagno is a lovely town with great beach area, ice cream shop, supermarket, selection of restaurants and cafes / bars. These are all within walking distance of this apartment rental in Italy. For larger supermarkets, head to the neighbouring town of Luino.

The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction.

The apartment is also situated just across from a lakeside beach area. If you fancy a change from the on site pool, the lake is wonderful to swim in.

Getting Around:
A car is not necessary as everything is within easy walking distance of this apartment rental in Italy, including the boat stop where guests can access all the other towns and villages on the lake. There is a restaurant and cafe on site as well as plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. The train station is also easily accessible from the apartment. Trains go direct from here to Milan Malpensa airport. Or we can help organise taxi transfers.
