With a private pool and outdoor shower shared with the 9 other apartment’s on this exclusive development.
3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds (one en suite) and one with 2 single beds.
Each bedroom has French doors which open out onto their own outdoor terrace.
There is a classic modern open plan kitchen with fully integrated appliances to include: oven, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and plenty of other cooking utensils for your convenience.
The lounge area has a cream leather sofa and TV/DVD player.
The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs. This opens out onto a covered outdoor patio area which directly looks out to the pool and sea views. a luxury 6 seating patio set is waiting here.
The apartment has 2 wooden sun loungers with padded cushions for your use. There is also a communal BBQ
This lovely spacious ground floor apartment is in one of two blocks of 5 apartments and has beautiful panoramic views to the sea.
There is hot & cold air conditioning in every room and good quality bed linen and white bath towels are provided
This is a tastefully furnished beautiful apartment with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday.

I live half the year here in one apartment, and rent out the other. I offer massage & reflexology treatments. And I also run Holistic Life Coaching Retreats from May - October.

This property is still very new. Not only does it have amazing all round views , but also you can sit on the terrace, in the shade and keep an eye on the children, as the property directly faces the swimming pool.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
This property is just 1 hours drive from Lamezia airport. As well as plenty of beaches around, there is a horse riding stable within a few minutes walk (very reasonable rates).. This is a very safe place for children, as it is off the main road in a secure gated area, with lots of space. It is also a great place for couples, friends and family's wanting to escape from it all, as it is very rural & tranquil. The swimming pool is cleaned with ultra violet rather than chlorine, so is far more gentle on the skin and eyes - great for anyone suffering with skin allergies. There are some wonderful boat trips, and boat owners' have been known to offer their boats out for hire to experienced sailors. The people are very friendly, and always seem ready to help. There is an abundance of local food products, including chillies, red onions, and an assortment of chutneys. There are also cooking classes in Tropea (would need to be pre-booked). All amenities are within easy reach, and there is plenty to see and explore.
