Brand new modern-finished one-bedroom penthouse with front terrace boating a big hot tub (SPA) / Jacuzzi, fully equipped with BBQ, outdoor furniture, sunbeds and a back terrace enjoying a great sea view due to its high location (7th floor) and romantic Sunsets.
Located just 150 meters off the Bugibba promenade, in a block of self-catering holiday apartments.
The apartment has one main bedroom with a double bed. In the living-room, there is also a double sofa bed. So this penthouse is ideal for couples, families with children or a group of up to 4 friends.

In the living room, there is a modern double sofa bed with chaise lounge.
The kitchen is well equipped, and the dining table is of the extendable type.
The apartment has also a rear balcony with table and chairs.
The shower room is spacious enough (1.8mx1.8m or 6 ft x 6 ft).
Fast unlimited WiFi internet and 40 inch IPTV are provided free of charge.
The apartment has air-conditioning (cooling and heating A++/A+++) in each room and fans are also provided in each room.
All doors and windows have insect screens, so you can enjoy the fresh sea breeze without worries.
Towels and bed sheets are provided.

- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 100 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

Have great sea views, country views or just off the seafront.
Are close to the bus stop, and the bus stop is on the main bus routes with many busses passing frequently. Thus reaching all the corners of Malta will be easy.
Close to the best beaches and touristic attractions & Maltese countryside. This makes it ideal for winter holidays, where you can enjoy long walks in the countryside to discover old footpaths, roman roads, romantic traditional farmhouses, chapels and towers, curt ruts and secluded beaches.
Close to shops, village centre and all amenities.
Close to bars, and restaurants. Some are also walking distance to casinos and nightclubs.
Close to and easily reachable to and from the ferries and the airport. Also all apartments are close to ferries and one day cruise departure points to discover Gozo and Comino (Blue Lagoon).
We are fully dedicated to our properties and guests. We are always a phone call away and try to be as helpful as possible. We offer and can give information before clients come to Malta (or on arrival), both about our properties and about Malta in general.
